comp\u00e9tences permet \u00e0 chacun <b>d\u2019appr\u00e9hender, de s\u2019approprier et d\u2019approfondir<\/b> les comp\u00e9tences indispensables \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019Entreprise et les expertises cl\u00e9s en fonction de ses besoins m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>4 domaines strat\u00e9giques de comp\u00e9tences&nbsp;: empathie client, confiance num\u00e9rique, leadership technologique, entreprise ouverte et agile<\/li>\n<li>6 comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s associ\u00e9es qui transforment la culture et les modes de fonctionnement Orange : communiquer avec impact, \u00e9couter\u2013agir, utiliser les donn\u00e9es en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, partager une culture software, travailler ensemble, d\u00e9velopper l\u2019esprit entrepreneurial.<\/li>\n<li>7 expertises cl\u00e9s, socle de nouveaux m\u00e9tiers et au c\u0153ur de la transformation d\u2019une grande part des m\u00e9tiers existants : design et UX, s\u00e9curit\u00e9-cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, virtualisation et cloud, data management et IA, d\u00e9veloppement, business model et value chain, change management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Les chiffres cl\u00e9s du plan 2019 <\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>En 2019, sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de l\u2019UES, le nombre d\u2019heures moyen de formation par salari\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre compris entre 30 et 33 heures en moyenne (heures digitales incluses, dont le taux devrait s\u2019\u00e9tablir \u00e0 20% en 2020),<\/li>\n<li>le taux d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation devrait se situer autour de 84% (95% sur 3 ans), et l\u2019effort de formation autour de <b>6%<\/b> de la masse salariale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">Si l\u2019on d\u00e9signe \u00ab le salari\u00e9 comme devant \u00eatre acteur de son \u00e9volution \u00bb, cette injonction s\u2019applique en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 des m\u00e9tiers souvent non d\u00e9finis, dont les types de formation \u2013 contenus, sanctions\/dipl\u00f4mes, \u2013 restent \u00e0 inventer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">La formation participant d\u2019une logique de s\u00e9curisation des m\u00e9tiers des salari\u00e9s, la CFE-CGC demande :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">une plus grande rigueur dans la d\u00e9finition des objectifs de formation, notamment en reliant formation et m\u00e9tiers non pas en th\u00e9orie, mais en pratique, par la mise en d\u00e9finition des m\u00e9tiers via leurs composantes de comp\u00e9tences, leurs pr\u00e9requis et les passerelles de formation vers d\u2019autres m\u00e9tiers.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\">un format de pilotage\/ de
