Il importe \u00e0 la fois de permettre \u00e0 nos seniors d\u2019organiser au mieux leur fin de carri\u00e8re, d\u2019\u00eatre suffisamment attractifs pour les jeunes salari\u00e9s qui d\u00e9marrent leur vie professionnelle, et de favoriser l\u2019engagement de l\u2019ensemble des personnels, tant dans leurs activit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles que dans le transfert des savoirs n\u00e9cessaires au maintien et au d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences clefs dans notre entreprise. <\/p>\n<p>Dans un tel contexte, l\u2019accord interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel rev\u00eat donc une importance strat\u00e9gique\u2026 qui ne se refl\u00e8te malheureusement pas dans la mani\u00e8re dont les n\u00e9gociations sont men\u00e9es : <\/p>\n<p> &#8211;
