Dans une prochaine \u00e9tape les \u00e9lus du CE donneront leur avis.<\/p>\n<p> \u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Baisse des effectifs actifs : CDI -1,6%, CDD -3,3% <\/p>\n<p> \u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3 514 CDI fin 2017 soit 3 240 ETPCDI, la baisse des CDI est plus importante dans le domaine m\u00e9tiers Client. <\/p>\n<p> \u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 23 recrutements externes (6 de moins qu\u2019en 2016). <\/p>\n<p> \u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Augmentation des d\u00e9parts d\u00e9finitifs (115) du \u00e0 la progression des d\u00e9parts en retraite (+9%). <\/p>\n<p> \u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; L\u2019\u00e2ge moyen en 2017 est de 48,4 ans versus 46,7 en 2016.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p> \u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Le taux de f\u00e9minisation : 49,7% en tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse par rapport \u00e0 2016.<\/p>\n<p> \u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 80% des effectifs sur l\u2019Ile de France (60% sur Arcueil).<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> Retrouvez le <a href=\"http:\/\/alfresco.cfecgc-orange.org\/share\/page\/site\/section-vmf\/document-details?nodeRef=workspace:\/\/SpacesStore\/a48d90b8-ba57-48f1-a737-9b0f2a9a446c\">rapport de la commission<\/a> <\/p>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>Les directions recrutent en chemin\u00e9e sur les m\u00e9tiers de la data, mais il n\u2019y pas de strat\u00e9gie globale de l\u2019entreprise qui reste dans une vision court terme.<\/p>\n<p> Les perspectives d\u2019emploi ne sont pas mises en visibilit\u00e9 par m\u00e9tiers de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dont la d\u00e9finition pr\u00e9vue dans l\u2019ARCQ a pris un retard consid\u00e9rable. Ce socle essentiel est un pr\u00e9requis \u00e0 la prospective 2020 et nous \u00e9mettons donc une r\u00e9serve sur la pertinence de ces pr\u00e9visions.<\/p>\n<p> Il en est de m\u00eame pour les transformations de certains m\u00e9tiers pour lesquels les salari\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre inform\u00e9s et accompagn\u00e9s tr\u00e8s en amont.
