par l&rsquo;un de ses membres, Pierre Gojat, cadre <strong>CFE-CGC\/UNSA<\/strong> au s&eacute;minaire &quot;Crise , sant&eacute;, conditions de travail, fait froid dans le dos : 18 suicides ou tentatives de suicides rescens&eacute;s depuis depuis d&eacute;but 2008- &#8230;.Tel est , selon lui, l&rsquo;impact sur la sant&eacute; de la &quot;restructurationj perpetuelle subie par les salari&eacute;s&quot;&#8230;&#8230;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<u>Mobilit&eacute; for&ccedil;&eacute;e<\/u>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nCrois&eacute;s avec une enqu&ecirc;te qualitative confi&eacute;e, fin 2008, &agrave; des sociologues, ces r&eacute;sultats ont permis &agrave; l&rsquo;Observatoire d&rsquo;identifier diff&eacute;rents facteurs de risques psychosociaux, parmi lesquels la mobilit&eacute; for&ccedil;&eacute;e&#8230;&#8230;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&#8230;.l&rsquo;association doute de l&rsquo;efficacit&eacute; de &quot;ces groupes o&ugrave; la direction est repr&eacute;sent&eacute;e&quot; et poursuit ses actions : soutien au personnel lors de suppressions de site, publication du livre <em>Orange stress&eacute;<\/em>, &eacute;dit&eacute; fin&nbsp; 2008, avec le CNRS, ou surtout de fiches pratiques CHSCT, t&eacute;l&eacute;chargeables sur son site.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&quot;Nous orientons &eacute;galement les coll&egrave;gues vers les professionnels suceptibles de les aider &#8211;
