Ces derniers mois la multiplication d\u2019op\u00e9rations pass\u00e9es en douce, sans concertation au pr\u00e9alable des salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, sans aucune volont\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9coute et de quelques autres formes de bienveillance \u00e0 leur encontre, sont l\u00e9gion. Vos \u00e9lus luttent contre la mise en \u0153uvre de r\u00e9organisations masqu\u00e9es, de d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements \u00e0 la sauvette sans aucun respect de la politique RH pr\u00f4n\u00e9e par le COMEX ou du Droit du travail&nbsp;! Pas de sollicitation du personnel, pas de communication des projets en amont aux Institutions Repr\u00e9sentatives du Personnel\u2026 <\/p>\n<p> <b>Le dialogue social serait-il mort \u00e0 SCE&nbsp;?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><strong>Agilit\u00e9, agilit\u00e9?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si l\u2019\u00ab&nbsp;Agilit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb est tant pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e ces derniers temps au sein d\u2019Orange, elle est peu pr\u00e9sente dans les \u00e9changes entre les salari\u00e9s\/repr\u00e9sentants du personnel et la Direction des Ressources Humaines&nbsp;! <i><\/i><\/p>\n<p> O\u00f9 sont pass\u00e9s les fondamentaux de la m\u00e9thode Agile : <b>\u00abprivil\u00e9gier l\u2019humain et les relations humaines <\/b>aux process et outils&nbsp;\u00bb et \u00ab<b>privil\u00e9gier la communication, la collaboration avec son interlocuteur <\/b>plut\u00f4t que de chercher \u00e0 tous prix la contractualisation\u00bb&nbsp;? L\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes en mati\u00e8re de recrutement, de salaire, de formation, de promotion est loin d\u2019\u00eatre atteinte&nbsp;! O\u00f9 est l\u2019&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Entreprise digitale et humaine&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;?
