{"id":10252,"date":"2018-11-26T15:45:29","date_gmt":"2018-11-26T15:45:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=10252"},"modified":"2018-11-26T15:45:29","modified_gmt":"2018-11-26T15:45:29","slug":"resultats-financiers-du-groupe-orange-3eme-trimestre-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2018\/11\/26\/resultats-financiers-du-groupe-orange-3eme-trimestre-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9sultats financiers du Groupe Orange &#8211; 3\u00e8me trimestre 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[<em style=\"font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px; background: none; text-shadow: none;\">French version here\/English version below<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en d&rsquo;Orange des 6, 7 et 8 novembre 2018 \u00e0 Nice, la Direction du Groupe a inscrit un point \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour relatif aux r\u00e9sultats financiers d\u2019Orange au troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2018, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Pascal Marchand, Directeur du Contr\u00f4le de Gestion Central Groupe.<\/p>\n<p> Soutenus par la poursuite des efforts d\u2019investissements, les r\u00e9sultats financiers demeurent satisfaisants ce trimestre malgr\u00e9 un l\u00e9ger recul du taux de croissance du chiffre d\u2019affaires du Groupe. <\/p>\n<p> En France le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires progresse pour le sixi\u00e8me trimestre cons\u00e9cutif, ce qui constitue une r\u00e9elle performance dans le contexte de concurrence actuel. L\u2019EBITDA ajust\u00e9 croit de 3,2%, et m\u00eame de 3,7% sur les seules activit\u00e9s t\u00e9l\u00e9com, ce qui d\u00e9montre la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019Orange \u00e0 transformer en valeur son chiffre d\u2019affaires. <\/p>\n<p> Des succ\u00e8s remarquables ce trimestre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>en France avec l&rsquo;offre 2P (t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie fixe + internet) propos\u00e9e en r\u00e9ponse aux offres \u00e0 bas prix de nos concurrents<\/li>\n<li>en Espagne avec des offres TV incluant le football<\/li>\n<li>avec les offres LOVE en Europe: la convergence permet de stabiliser le revenu par client et contribue \u00e0 la croissance d&rsquo;Orange, premier op\u00e9rateur convergent sur le BtoC en Europe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sentation des donn\u00e9es compar\u00e9es avec les autres op\u00e9rateurs sur le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en a donn\u00e9 aux \u00e9lus une vision relative de notre positionnement par rapport \u00e0 nos concurrents. <\/p>\n<p> Ainsi notre part de march\u00e9 en valeur a atteint 34% au S1 2018, cette part progressant de 0,5%. Les principaux contributeurs \u00e0 ce progr\u00e8s sont la France et l\u2019Espagne. Le groupe est ainsi en croissance sur un march\u00e9 global de la zone Europe pourtant en d\u00e9croissance, et alors m\u00eame que les op\u00e9rateurs europ\u00e9ens concurrents ont tous connu un ralentissement sur ce march\u00e9 au T2.&nbsp; Orange est ainsi leader en terme de croissance organique \u00e0 +1,1%. <\/p>\n<p> Sur la zone Afrique et Moyen-Orient, on constate une croissance importante de la data et de l\u2019e-money, et Orange affiche une croissance de 5,2% port\u00e9e par les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019Egypte. Toutefois, nos concurrents font mieux. <\/p>\n<p> S\u2019agissant d\u2019Orange Business Services, la d\u00e9croissance se poursuit dans le domaine de la voix et de la data. Elle est plus faible pour nos concurrents. <\/p>\n<p> Orange est devenue le leader pour ce qui concerne le d\u00e9ploiement de la fibre devant Telefonica et d\u00e9montre sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 transformer ses investissements en contrats commerciaux. La profitabilit\u00e9 d\u2019Orange progresse par rapport \u00e0 ses pairs. Orange est deuxi\u00e8me en termes de croissance de l\u2019EBITDA derri\u00e8re Vodafone. De plus sa croissance de l\u2019EBITDA r\u00e9sulte d\u2019une croissance du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires, et non comme pour ses concurrents d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de ses co\u00fbts. S\u2019agissant du cashflow, en valeur, Orange se classe au troisi\u00e8me rang. <\/p>\n<p> Enfin Orange est le seul op\u00e9rateur \u00e0 augmenter ses investissements avec la plus forte croissance des CAPEX en Europe. <\/p>\n<p> <b>Les \u00e9lus ont salu\u00e9 les performances du Groupe notamment par rapport \u00e0 ses concurrents. <\/b><b>Ils ont bien pris note de son engagement \u00e0 proposer un dividende \u00e0 un montant plancher et interrogent la Direction sur un engagement similaire en termes d\u2019augmentation des salaires.<\/b><\/p>\n<p> <b>Trimestre apr\u00e8s trimestre, les \u00e9lus rappellent que ces performances sont le r\u00e9sultat des efforts impos\u00e9s aux personnels dans le cadre des plans de r\u00e9ductions des co\u00fbts, notamment Explore 2020, avec pour cons\u00e9quence une diminution de la masse salariale. <\/b><\/p>\n<p> <b>La Direction reconnait que la baisse des co\u00fbts de personnel a permis une augmentation de l\u2019EBITDA et contribu\u00e9 au financement des investissements, mais indique que la masse salariale a d\u00e9sormais cess\u00e9 de baisser.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>[<em style=\"font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px; background: none; text-shadow: none;\">English version<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>As part of the Orange European Works Council meeting held in Nice on 6th, 7th and 8th November 2018, the Management included an item on the agenda relating to Orange&rsquo;s financial results for the third quarter of 2018 presented by Pascal Marchand, Head of Group Central Management Control.<\/p>\n<p> Supported by continued investment efforts, financial results remain good this quarter despite a slight decline in the Group&rsquo;s revenue growth. In France, revenue increased for the sixth consecutive quarter, which is a real accomplishment in the current competitive environment. EBITDA grew by 3.2%, and even by 3.7% in telecom activities alone, which shows Orange&rsquo;s ability to transform its revenues into value.<\/p>\n<p> Remarkable successes this quarter have been achieved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in France with the 2P offer (fixed telephony + internet) offered in response to our competitor&rsquo;s low-cost offers<\/li>\n<li>in Spain with TV offers including football<\/li>\n<li>with LOVE offers in and around Europe, convergence makes it possible to stabilize revenue per customer and contributes to the growth of Orange, the leading operator converging on BtoC in Europe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The presentation of the data compared with other operators on the European market gave elected officials a relative view of our positioning in relation to our competitors. <\/p>\n<p> As a result, our market share in value terms reached 34% in 2018 during first semester, hence a 0.5% increase. The main countries which contribute to this progress are France and Spain. The group is thus growing in a global market in the Europe zone that is nevertheless in decline and even though competing European operators have all experienced a slowdown in the market in Q2.&nbsp; Orange is thus the leader in terms of organic growth at +1.1%.<\/p>\n<p> In African and Middle Eastern countries, there was significant growth in data and e-money, but Orange posted growth of 5.2%, driven by Egypt&rsquo;s results, however our competitors did better. <\/p>\n<p> In the case of Orange Business Services, the decline continues in the voice and data sector. It is lower for our competitors. <\/p>\n<p> Orange has become the leader in fiber deployment ahead of Telefonica and is demonstrating its ability to transform its investments into commercial contracts. Its&nbsp;profitability is improving compared to its competitors. Orange is second in terms of EBITDA growth behind Vodafone. Moreover, its EBITDA growth is the result of a growth in turnover and not, as for its competitors, of a single cost reduction.
