Les membres de la Commission handicap du CCUES ont \u00e9mis des propositions de modifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 13px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">La grille est compos\u00e9e de quatre parties&nbsp;:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 48px; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">&#8211;<\/span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">missions d\u00e9crites dans l\u2019accord (recrutement, animation, gestion des situations individuelles, gestion des relations avec les Instances Repr\u00e9sentatives du Personnel, formation et sensibilisation)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 48px; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">&#8211;<\/span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">actions non d\u00e9crites dans l\u2019accord men\u00e9es sur le handicap<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 48px; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">&#8211;<\/span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">les acteurs partenaires agissant sur les dossiers du handicap<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0px 48px; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">&#8211;<\/span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">les autres activit\u00e9s conduites (diversit\u00e9 hors handicap et hors diversit\u00e9)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 13px 48px; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">&#8211;<\/span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style=\"font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">vision du temps d\u00e9di\u00e9 par activit\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 13px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">C\u2019est le directeur de la diversit\u00e9 France qui m\u00e8ne seul les entretiens (2 \u00e0 3 heures par correspondant.e handicap). La restitution de l\u2019analyse de ces entretiens est pr\u00e9vue au printemps. Les membres de la Commission Handicap du CCUES s\u2019interrogent sur cette charge de travail reposant sur une seule personne. Cette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9galement un impact sur le d\u00e9lai de restitution.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 13px 0px 0px;\"><b><span style=\"color: #4f81bd; font-family: Cambria; font-size: large;\">L\u2019annexe 4, le d\u00e9tail manquant<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 13px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 13px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">La Commission Handicap du CCUES a interrog\u00e9 la direction concernant l\u2019annexe 4 de l\u2019accord et plus particuli\u00e8rement la ligne \u00ab&nbsp;pilotage et suivi&nbsp;\u00bb, ligne pour laquelle aucun suivi n\u2019est pr\u00e9vu. Une case non coch\u00e9e par erreur ou par volont\u00e9 de cacher&nbsp;? Aucune instance n\u2019a connaissance du bilan d\u00e9taill\u00e9 des d\u00e9penses du budget de l\u2019accord et sur cet item, c\u2019est l\u2019obscurit\u00e9 totale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Les contr\u00f4les de la DIRECCTE sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 la marge.
