Victime d&rsquo;un infarctus, il a finalement d&eacute;missionn&eacute;. &Agrave; Grenoble, j&rsquo;en connais un autre qui, plac&eacute; dans une situation analogue, a &eacute;t&eacute; victime d&rsquo;un accident vasculaire c&eacute;r&eacute;bral provoqu&eacute; par le stress. A son retour d&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t maladie, il a &eacute;t&eacute; placardis&eacute;.
