Ses sch\u00e9mas \u00ab&nbsp;sont-ils adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 nos enjeux \u00e0 venir et \u00e0 la psychologie sociale des nouveaux entrants sur le march\u00e9 du travail&nbsp;\u00bb ? Sa conclusion vient r\u00e9pondre par la n\u00e9gative.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Les anciens crit\u00e8res de perception de l\u2019engagement demandent donc \u00e0 \u00eatre repens\u00e9s, au regard des attentes des nouveaux venus sur le march\u00e9 du travail, mais \u00e9galement en r\u00e9sonance avec une conjoncture tr\u00e8s incertaine et l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de l\u2019intelligence artificielle dans nos sph\u00e8res de travail. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de mesure qui existent aujourd\u2019hui font encore \u00e9cho \u00e0 un espace \u00e9triqu\u00e9, dans lequel le salari\u00e9 serait attach\u00e9. L\u2019engagement devrait pouvoir rimer avec audace, imagination ou envie d\u2019entreprendre.
