{"id":10842,"date":"2019-03-07T15:39:58","date_gmt":"2019-03-07T15:39:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=10842"},"modified":"2019-03-07T15:39:58","modified_gmt":"2019-03-07T15:39:58","slug":"une-strategie-win-gagnante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2019\/03\/07\/une-strategie-win-gagnante\/","title":{"rendered":"Une strat\u00e9gie WIN gagnante ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Une nouvelle division strat\u00e9gique<\/h3>\n<p>En mai 2018, St\u00e9phane Richard a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une nouvelle division Orange&nbsp;: \u00ab\u00a0Wholesale &#038; International Networks\u00a0\u00bb<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>WIN <\/strong>rassemble l\u2019ensemble des activit\u00e9s \u00ab&nbsp;ventes en gros&nbsp;\u00bb en France et \u00e0 l\u2019international ainsi que le \u00ab\u00a0roaming\u00a0\u00bb, avec pour mission de d\u00e9velopper ce m\u00e9tier essentiel au mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique d\u2019op\u00e9rateur de r\u00e9seau comme Orange.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, cette activit\u00e9 est le 3\u00e8me pilier strat\u00e9gique du Groupe et repr\u00e9sente 20% de son Chiffre d\u2019Affaires soit 8 milliards \u20ac.<\/p>\n<h3>La division WIN est constitu\u00e9e de 4 directions&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n<p>International Carriers <strong>(IC), <\/strong>Orange Wholesale France <strong>(OWF),<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Orange International Networks Infrastructures &#038; Services <strong>(OINIS)<\/strong>, et <strong>Wholesale LOB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>March\u00e9 mondial du Wholesale en 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Orange est dans le TOP 5 des op\u00e9rateurs internationaux&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1<sup>er<\/sup> sur le march\u00e9 voix (en valeur),<\/li>\n<li>16<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> sur le march\u00e9 de la data,<\/li>\n<li>4<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> sur le march\u00e9 de la data en Afrique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange salue le changement d\u2019ambition du Groupe sur le sujet de la vente en gros. Le d\u00e9veloppement du Chiffre d\u2019affaires \u00ab\u00a0Wholesale\u00a0\u00bb pour viser 10 milliards n\u00e9cessite une mobilisation forte. Comment la Direction WIN va motiver et impliquer les personnels pour atteindre le niveau de performance demand\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<p>Les enjeux de transformation portent&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sur les r\u00e9seaux (d\u00e9ployer de nouvelles capacit\u00e9s, notamment en Europe et Afrique),<\/li>\n<li>sur les mod\u00e8les d\u2019affaires \u00ab\u00a0roaming\u00a0\u00bb qui doivent passer de la voix \u00e0 la Data,<\/li>\n<li>sur la commercialisation des offres de gros sur chaque march\u00e9 domestique (dont les RIPs en France, fibre et 4G dans chaque pays impact\u00e9).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quels seront les investissements n\u00e9cessaires aux nouveaux \u00e9quipements&nbsp;?<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce qui est de la valeur cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour l\u2019entreprise et pour les personnels, la CFE-CGC Orange sera particuli\u00e8rement vigilante sur le projet \u00a0\u00bb OneTeam\u00a0\u00bb (<em>mod\u00e8le op\u00e9ratoire plus int\u00e9gr\u00e9 entre le \u00ab\u00a0roaming\u00a0\u00bb, IC et les filiales<\/em>) et la transformation des outils, comp\u00e9tences et \u00e9quipes IT. L\u00e0 encore quels seront les moyens pour accompagner ses transformations&nbsp;?
