Le plan pr\u00e9voit, pour les personnels fran\u00e7ais, d\u2019attribuer 73 actions gratuites (environ 1000 \u20ac) par personne, si les objectifs financiers sont atteints pour 2017, 2018 et 2019. Si les objectifs ne sont pas atteints, au moins la moiti\u00e9 des actions seront cependant distribu\u00e9es.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En 2018, l\u2019objectif de Cash-flow organique (am\u00e9lioration de la tr\u00e9sorerie) n\u2019est pas atteint&nbsp;: c\u2019est donc 12 actions (environ 165&nbsp;\u20ac) qui disparaissent. Dans le meilleur des cas, chacun recevra 61 actions.
