Or \u00e0 ce jour, apr\u00e8s 4 s\u00e9ances de n\u00e9gociation, les propositions de la direction ne r\u00e9pondent toujours pas aux attentes des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre dernier, vous affirmiez : \u00abJe ne pense pas qu\u2019on puisse opposer le mur du syst\u00e8me, le mur de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, le mur des \u00e9quilibres financiers. Bien entendu, c\u2019est notre responsabilit\u00e9. Je crois qu&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui on ferait une grave erreur si on ignorait ce qui se passe autour de nous (\u2026). Il va falloir qu\u2019on l\u00e2che du lest \u00bb tout en nous donnant rendez-vous lors des NAO salariales de 2019. Sur ce point, nous partageons enti\u00e8rement votre analyse. Nous sommes au rendez-vous mais force est de constater que le compte n\u2019y est pas.<\/p>\n<p>La prochaine s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociation aura lieu le 27 Mars 2019, nous vous demandons d\u2019intervenir afin que vos propos trouvent un prolongement dans cette n\u00e9gociation, entre autres sur les points suivants :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>En augmentant les garanties collectives minimum pour toutes et tous avec comme point de rep\u00e8re l\u2019inflation 2018 et en distinguant le budget collectif des mesures individuelles.<\/li>\n<li>En mettant en place un budget pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale entre les femmes et les hommes mieux cibl\u00e9 et plus cons\u00e9quent qu\u2019en 2018.<\/li>\n<li>En augmentant significativement le budget consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la reconnaissance notamment par la promotion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au moment o\u00f9 l\u2019entreprise se f\u00e9licite des excellents r\u00e9sultats obtenus en 2018, les personnels d\u2019Orange attendent des mesures qui soient \u00e0 la hauteur de leur contribution dans ces r\u00e9sultats et de leur engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Veuillez agr\u00e9er, Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l\u2019assurance de notre parfaite consid\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"wf_file\" href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/courrier_intersyndicale_cfdt_cfe_cgc_cgt_fo_sud_negociations_salariales_a_s._richard_22032019.pdf\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wf_file_icon size-full wp-image-12\" style=\"border: 0px;
