Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s sur l\u2019intranet Orange avec le commentaire suivant de la Directrice des Ressources Humaines Groupe&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Les r\u00e9sultats repr\u00e9sentatifs de votre exp\u00e9rience au sein d&rsquo;Orange vont permettre d&rsquo;identifier et de d\u00e9ployer des actions d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront au plus grand nombre<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Contre toute attente, la premi\u00e8re mesure qui en r\u00e9sulte est\u2026une punition financi\u00e8re pour tous les personnels d\u2019encadrement, dont la tr\u00e8s grande majorit\u00e9 ne dispose d\u2019aucun levier pour infl\u00e9chir les d\u00e9cisions qui ont conduit aux r\u00e9sultats dudit barom\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<p>Une punition infantilisante et inad\u00e9quate, destructrice de la coh\u00e9sion sociale, qui interroge sur la libert\u00e9 de parole conc\u00e9d\u00e9e aux personnels de l\u2019entreprise, et renvoie \u00e0 des pratiques que nous pensions r\u00e9volues.<\/p>\n<h3>La CFE-CGC Orange demande l\u2019ouverture de n\u00e9gociations<\/h3>\n<p>Ayant constat\u00e9 cette utilisation impropre du barom\u00e8tre salari\u00e9, <a href=\"201811267002\/conditions-de-travail-et-sante\/votre-barometre-salarie-enquete-ou-manipulation.html\">dont elle avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 critiqu\u00e9 le caract\u00e8re manipulateur<\/a>, la CFE-CGC Orange a imm\u00e9diatement \u00e9crit \u00e0 la DRH pour lui demander l\u2019ouverture de n\u00e9gociations afin de rectifier le tir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"201903277385\/remuneration\/integration-du-barometre-salarie-dans-la-pvm-la-cfe-cgc-ecrit-a-la-drh.html\">Lire le courrier<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9ponse de la Direction par mail, le 28 mars 2019 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>J\u2019accuse r\u00e9ception de votre courrier adress\u00e9 dans votre mail ci-dessous , dont j\u2019ai pris connaissance et que je souhaite partager en interne.
