La Cour de cassation vient de rejeter un pourvoi form\u00e9 par SFR contre un <a href=\"https:\/\/old.telecoms-media-pouvoir.net\/index.php\/vu-sur-la-toile\/fibre-numericable-sfr-perd-un-vieux-bras-de-fer-judiciaire-avec-orange\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arr\u00eat de la Cour d&rsquo;appel de juin 2017<\/a>, dans une proc\u00e9dure lanc\u00e9e en 2010, portant sur son acc\u00e8s aux infrastructures de g\u00e9nie civil d&rsquo;Orange.
