Plazza, le r\u00e9seau social interne n\u2019affiche pas un niveau d\u2019adh\u00e9sion d\u00e9coiffant tandis que les Agrumes (ex-TSQTBCOQ), le groupe priv\u00e9 spontan\u00e9ment lanc\u00e9 sur Facebook il y a 4 ans, compte 12 000 membres salari\u00e9s parmi lesquels se m\u00e9langent tous les profils avec une \u00e9quipe de mod\u00e9rateurs b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui veillent \u00e0 ne pas laisser passer les contributions politiques, religieuses ou syndicales, quand bien m\u00eame beaucoup sont par ailleurs engag\u00e9s dans les diff\u00e9rents syndicats du groupe.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<br \/>Agrumes continue donc de vivre m\u00eame s\u2019il a tendance \u00e0 voir les plus jeunes salari\u00e9s partir sur d\u2019autres r\u00e9seaux, comme Instagram par exemple.<br \/>\u00ab L\u2019\u00e9ditorialisation du fil des contributions dict\u00e9e par l\u2019algorithme de Facebook rapproche les membres qui partagent le plus de points communs. On touche l\u00e0 les limites de l\u2019exercice car cela va \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de la diversit\u00e9 des \u00e9changes \u00bb, souligne S\u00e9bastien Crozier, pr\u00e9sident de la CFE CGC d\u2019Orange, qui reconna\u00eet toutefois que le groupe reste un excellent moyen de prendre le pouls.<\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat s\u2019adapte et diversifie sa strat\u00e9gie d\u2019engagement. Sur LinkedIn par exemple, avec des repr\u00e9sentants qui affichent clairement la couleur. Pour renforcer la proximit\u00e9, le syndicat a organis\u00e9 un d\u00e9bat sur un th\u00e8me fort, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de son dernier s\u00e9minaire militant : le droit comme arme de guerre \u00e9conomique, avec les interventions d\u2019Arnaud Montebourg, ancien Ministre de l\u2019\u00c9conomie et de Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Pierucci, ex-cadre d\u2019Alstom ayant pass\u00e9 deux ans en prison aux \u00c9tats Unis et auteur du livre Le pi\u00e8ge am\u00e9ricain.<br \/> R\u00e9sultat : plus de 500 participants. Pour S\u00e9bastien Crozier dont le syndicat porte d\u00e9sormais l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019organiser des assises de la r\u00e9tribution pour mettre les multiples variables d\u2019une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration globale en d\u00e9bat : \u00ab participer \u00e0 ces rencontres, c\u2019est l\u2019occasion de prendre du recul et d\u2019ainsi lib\u00e9rer d\u2019autant plus facilement l\u2019expression des salari\u00e9s \u00bb.
