Pr\u00e9sentant le <\/span>rapport d’activit\u00e9 2018 de la CNIL<\/a>, la nouvelle pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 administrative, Marie-Laure Denis (interview\u00e9e dans <\/span>La Tribune<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 Sylvain Rolland \u2013 15\/04\/2019<\/strong>), a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019impact sur ce bilan du R\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la protection des donn\u00e9es (RGPD), entr\u00e9 en vigueur au printemps 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les citoyens comme les entreprises ont pris la mesure du changement, m\u00eame si les professionnels n’ont pas encore compris l’ampleur de la prise de conscience du public.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Logiquement, le nombre de plaintes, \u00ab g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement fond\u00e9es \u00bb, a atteint un nouveau record : 11 077 en 2018, en croissance de 32 % par rapport \u00e0 2017 (8360 plaintes), pourtant d\u00e9j\u00e0 une ann\u00e9e record !<\/p>\n
