(\u2026) Ce constat se retrouve \u00e9galement dans les reproches adress\u00e9s aux DRH-RRH par les salari\u00e9s qui \u00e9voquent le facteur humain insuffisamment pris en compte (34%), le manque de transparence (26%), le manque de proximit\u00e9 (25%).
