Il faut \u00e9galement offrir de vraies perspectives d&rsquo;\u00e9volution, reconna\u00eetre davantage les contributions individuelles ou collectives, et favoriser la coh\u00e9sion et la solidarit\u00e9 au sein des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Et d\u2019un point de vue financier, l\u2019actionnariat salari\u00e9 est pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Pour 90 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es, il faut favoriser l&rsquo;inclusion des salari\u00e9s au capital de l&rsquo;entreprise. L&rsquo;actionnariat salari\u00e9, plus qu&rsquo;un compl\u00e9ment de salaire, est un moyen de coh\u00e9sion et de partage des fruits comme des risques de l&rsquo;entreprise.
