[&hellip;] On nous dit : &lsquo;Maintenant on arr&ecirc;te&rsquo;, mais &ccedil;a ne va pas r&eacute;tablir le lien social. II faudra au moins 18 ou 24 mois pour recr&eacute;er du lien. &raquo;\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:center;\">\n<strong>&#8230; TENSIONS ENTRE SALARI&Eacute;S<\/strong>\n<\/div>\n<p>\n<strong>S&eacute;bastien Crozier souligne, en outre, le risque de tensions entre les diff&eacute;rentes cat&eacute;gories de salari&eacute;s : &laquo; Le fait que la direction annonce cette mesure alors que c&rsquo;est un non-cadre qui s&rsquo;est suicid&eacute; cr&eacute;e de l&rsquo;&eacute;moi. La direction n&rsquo;a de cesse d&rsquo;opposer le middle management et les collaborateurs. &raquo; &#8230;.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n&#8230; Car le probl&egrave;me, c&rsquo;est que les objectifs actuels ne le sont pas. &raquo; &laquo; Ce qui est mis en cause, ce ne sont pas les objectifs en tant que tels, mais le fait qu&rsquo;ils soient appliqu&eacute;s n&rsquo;importe comment &raquo;, <strong>ajoute S&eacute;bastien Crozier<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSelon lui, &laquo; la direction n&rsquo;est plus en mesure d&rsquo;appr&eacute;hender les sujets, elle ne comprend plus son personnel. Les mesures annonc&eacute;es sont tellement &eacute;loign&eacute;es de la r&eacute;alit&eacute; !
