En parall\u00e8le, elle faisait 4 Md\u20ac de profit par an et versait jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3,7 Md\u20ac de dividendes par an. La concurrence \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sente certes, mais uniquement sur le secteur de la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie fixe. Or l\u2019entreprise souhaitait quand m\u00eame supprimer du personnel pour maximiser les profits&nbsp;\u00bb, d\u00e9clare S\u00e9bastien Crozier.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Autour de cette restructuration, France T\u00e9l\u00e9com met en place un langage verbal violent avec le plan NExT (Nouvelle exp\u00e9rience des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications),&nbsp;le plan ACT (anticipation et comp\u00e9tences pour la transformation) ainsi que le \u201ccrash program\u201d pour signifier la suppression de 22 000 emplois\u2026 \u201cEn 2007,&nbsp;je les ferai d\u2019une fa\u00e7on ou d\u2019une autre, par la fen\u00eatre ou par la porte\u201d, avait indiqu\u00e9 Didier Lombard au sujet de ces emplois \u00e0 supprimer. Cela correspondait \u00e0 un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit o\u00f9 il s\u2019agissait de vouloir remplacer les gens par moins cher&nbsp;\u00bb, ajoute le pr\u00e9sident de la CFE-CGC Orange. [&#8230;]<br \/>\u00ab&nbsp;Il faudrait des excuses pour les salari\u00e9s qui sont partis, les victimes et les salari\u00e9s qui sont encore chez Orange.
