{"id":11429,"date":"2019-05-22T13:44:28","date_gmt":"2019-05-22T13:44:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=11429"},"modified":"2019-05-22T13:44:28","modified_gmt":"2019-05-22T13:44:28","slug":"suivi-de-l-accord-monde-sante-securite-vecteur-de-progres-des-conditions-de-sante-des-salaries-orange-dans-le-monde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2019\/05\/22\/suivi-de-l-accord-monde-sante-securite-vecteur-de-progres-des-conditions-de-sante-des-salaries-orange-dans-le-monde\/","title":{"rendered":"Suivi de l&rsquo;Accord Monde Sant\u00e9 S\u00e9curit\u00e9,  vecteur de progr\u00e8s des conditions de sant\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s d&rsquo;Orange dans le Monde"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[<em>French version here\/English version below<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Monde d&rsquo;Orange des 14, 15 et 16 mai 2019 \u00e0 Paris, la Direction du Groupe a inscrit \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour un point relatif au suivi de l&rsquo;accord Monde Sant\u00e9-S\u00e9curit\u00e9, dossier pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Alain Andr\u00e9,&nbsp;Directeur de la pr\u00e9vention et de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail,&nbsp;<span style=\"background-color: inherit; color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1rem;\">Mariana Guez, Docteur en m\u00e9decine et responsable de la SSQVT (Sant\u00e9, S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail) \u00e0 l&rsquo;international, et Pascal Foulachon, de la Direction des&nbsp;Ressources Humaines de la zone Orange Afrique &#038; Moyen-Orient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit pour cet exercice d&rsquo;effectuer un reporting qualitatif annuel, sur la base de l&rsquo;accord Monde Sant\u00e9 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 21 novembre 2014, et dont la mise en oeuvre dans les pays et l&rsquo;enrichissement au fil de l&rsquo;eau est suivi par les membres du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Monde d&rsquo;Orange. Le Groupe y avait d\u00e9di\u00e9, d\u00e8s les premiers mois de vie de l&rsquo;accord, un m\u00e9decin du travail sp\u00e9cifiquement affect\u00e9 \u00e0 sa d\u00e9clinaison concr\u00e8te par pays, capitalisant sur son expertise pass\u00e9e autour du virus Ebola.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la <a href=\"201703245710\/conditions-de-travail-et-sante\/mise-en-oeuvre-de-l-accord-sante-securite-groupe-monde.html\">session 2017 du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Monde \u00e0 Paris<\/a>, une intensification des moyens de mise en oeuvre avait \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e, notamment via la cr\u00e9ation de formations interfiliales d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 la Sant\u00e9 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail, ainsi que des audits et autodiagnostics d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s notamment en Egypte, en Roumanie et en Moldavie, avec le support de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur Dekra, prestataire retenu par le Groupe pour la r\u00e9alisation des audits.<\/p>\n<p>Un nouveau point d&rsquo;\u00e9tape a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans le cadre du <a href=\"201804176359\/conditions-de-travail-et-sante\/accord-mondial-sante-securite-qualite-de-vie-au-travail-ou-en-sommes-nous.html\">Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Monde 2018 \u00e0 Casablanca, au Maroc<\/a>, avec la mise en place d&rsquo;un groupe Plazza avec une animation paritaire, ainsi que le d\u00e9ploiement des Comit\u00e9s Sant\u00e9 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 (CSS) et des formations associ\u00e9es, et enfin des visites organis\u00e9es dans les filiales du Groupe afin de s&rsquo;assurer des bonnes conditions de mise en oeuvre des termes de l&rsquo;accord.<\/p>\n<p>En 2019, il convient \u00e9galement de valider le reporting annuel qualitatif et quantitatif, notamment l&rsquo;accompagnement par la Direction de la Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail et la validation de l&rsquo;homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats et des indicateurs. Sur les aspects qualitatifs, l&rsquo;exercice est r\u00e9cent, plus compliqu\u00e9 de par sa densit\u00e9, et n\u00e9cessite des remont\u00e9es terrain d&rsquo;acteurs vari\u00e9s, combinant:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l&rsquo;accompagnement indispensable par la Direction de la Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail<\/li>\n<li>un travail didactique en amont, notamment pour le 2nd semestre, afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;exploitabilit\u00e9 du reporting 2019<\/li>\n<li>un bon reflet, par la Direction de la Division concern\u00e9e ou de la filiale, du niveau d&rsquo;appropriation des th\u00e9matiques sant\u00e9, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>D&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, et au-del\u00e0 des nombreux plans d&rsquo;action des Comit\u00e9s Sant\u00e9 S\u00e9curit\u00e9, et qui ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 rassurer les membres du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Monde sur la bonne d\u00e9clinaison de l&rsquo;accord, une r\u00e9flexion est en cours autour de la norme ISO 45001 ax\u00e9e non seulement sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, mais \u00e9galement sur toutes les autres composantes li\u00e9es au domaine de la Sant\u00e9 S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail pour l&rsquo;ensemble des salari\u00e9s du Groupe, le choix d&rsquo;une entreprise de certification \u00e9tant par ailleurs \u00e9galement en cours de s\u00e9lection.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;[<em>English version<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>As part of the Orange World Works Council held in Paris on May 14th, 15th and 16th, 2019, the Group&rsquo;s Management Board included on the agenda an item relating to the follow-up to the World Health-Safety agreement, presented by Alain Andr\u00e9, Director of Prevention and Quality of Life at Work, Mariana Guez, MD and head of SSQVT (Health, Safety and Quality of Life at Work) internationally, and Pascal Foulachon, of the Human Resources Department of Orange Africa &#038; Middle East.<\/p>\n<p>For this exercise, it is necessary to carry out an annual qualitative report, based on the World Health and Safety agreement signed on November 21st, 2014, and whose implementation in countries and enrichment along the water is followed by the members of the Orange World Works Council. In the first months of the agreement&rsquo;s life, the Group dedicated a working doctor specifically dedicated to its concrete country-specific approach, capitalizing on its past expertise around the Ebola virus.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"201703245710\/conditions-de-travail-et-sante\/mise-en-oeuvre-de-l-accord-sante-securite-groupe-monde.html\">During the 2017 session of the World Works Council in Paris<\/a>, an intensification of the means of implementation was noted, notably through the creation of interfilial training dedicated to Health and Safety Quality of Life at Work, as well as audits and self-diagnostics deployed. particularly in Egypt, Romania and Moldova, with the support of the operator Dekra, the service provider selected by the Group for carrying out the audits.<\/p>\n<p>A new milestone has been achieved in the framework of the <a href=\"201804176359\/conditions-de-travail-et-sante\/accord-mondial-sante-securite-qualite-de-vie-au-travail-ou-en-sommes-nous.html\">2018 World Works Council in Casablanca, Morocco<\/a>, with the establishment of a Plazza group with joint animation, as well as the deployment of Health and Safety Committees (CSS). and associated training, and finally visits organized in the Group&rsquo;s subsidiaries to ensure that the terms of the agreement are properly implemented.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, it is also necessary to validate the annual qualitative and quantitative reporting, including support by the Quality of Life at Work Department and the validation of the consistency of results and indicators.
