Les r&eacute;sultats ne se font pas attendre et de&nbsp;4,4% de d&eacute;missions (sur l&rsquo;ensemble des d&eacute;parts) en 2005 on passe &agrave; 15,3% en 2008. Ceux qui restent d&eacute;tiennent un record avec presque un mois d&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t maladie par salari&eacute; en 2008. Sous la contrainte, Didier Lombard vient finalement d&rsquo;interrompre le programme.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<br \/>\n<strong>Pousser au d&eacute;part<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Mutations forc&eacute;es, postes non d&eacute;finis, retrait de responsabilit&eacute; ou au contraire surcharge de travail, &quot;<em>l&rsquo;entreprise passe son temps &agrave; r&eacute;organiser les services, &agrave; d&eacute;localiser, &agrave; sous-traiter et &agrave; d&eacute;m&eacute;nager. Le seul but : faire des &eacute;conomies de bouts de chandelles<\/em>&quot;, d&eacute;nonce S&eacute;bastien Crozier, le pr&eacute;sident de la CFE-CGC\/UNSA France T&eacute;l&eacute;com Orange.<\/strong> Ces man&oelig;uvres visent &agrave; pousser au d&eacute;part des fonctionnaires impossibles &agrave; faire partir sans l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un plan social, peu importe s&rsquo;ils se sentent cass&eacute;s, incomp&eacute;tents, inutiles.
