Part Variable\u2026 Compress\u00e9e !!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"730\" height=\"551\" class=\" size-full wp-image-11744\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; width: 329px; height: 248px;\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/pvc__prime_vachement_compressee.jpg\" alt=\"pvc prime vachement compressee\" data-mce-width=\"329\" data-mce-height=\"248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/pvc__prime_vachement_compressee.jpg 730w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/pvc__prime_vachement_compressee-300x226.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 730px) 100vw, 730px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A plusieurs reprises, et notamment <a href=\"201810186857\/ad-agence-distribution\/en-boutique-la-part-variable-commerciale-qui-ne-motive-plus.html\">par courrier du 11 octobre 2018,<\/a> la <strong>CFE-CGC<\/strong><strong>Orange<\/strong> a alert\u00e9 la Direction sur les <strong>irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s et dysfonctionnements affectant la Part Variable Commerciale (PVC)<\/strong> des Conseillers Commerciaux en boutique et de leurs managers&nbsp;: \u00c0 la cl\u00e9, <strong>d\u00e9motivation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et situation critique dans les agences distribution<\/strong>. <a href=\"201906037698\/ad-agence-distribution\/part-variable-commerciale-en-ad-la-cfe-cgc-orange-demande-l-application-de-regles-justes-et-legales.html\">Par courrier du 27 mai 2019<\/a>, nous avons de nouveau saisi la Direction Clients Grand Public pour <strong>exiger la mise en place d\u2019une PVC atteignable, v\u00e9rifiable, mesurable et motivante&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"wf_file\" href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/2019_06_28_tract_ad_pvc__qr_code_candidatez.pdf\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wf_file_icon size-full wp-image-12\" style=\"border: 0px; vertical-align: middle; max-width: inherit;\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/><span class=\"wf_file_text\">PVC Part Variable compress\u00e9e.pdf<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Dysfonctionnements en rafale\u2026<\/h2>\n<h3>Li\u00e9s aux applicatifs<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mises \u00e0 jour dans l\u2019outil PVC al\u00e9atoires, indisponibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019outil tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quente&nbsp;:<\/strong> <br \/> des anomalies sur les souscriptions Orange Bank qui p\u00e9nalisent les placements ainsi que des probl\u00e8mes r\u00e9currents des ventes qui ne remontent pas avant plusieurs jours dans l\u2019outil PVC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Li\u00e9s aux objectifs<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Redistribution in\u00e9quitable&nbsp;:<\/strong> <br \/> la r\u00e9affectation des objectifs vers les boutiques diverge d\u2019une AD \u00e0 une autre et provoquent des incompr\u00e9hensions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SAM impos\u00e9s aux managers sans concertation&nbsp;:<\/strong> <br \/> il nous avait \u00e9t\u00e9 clairement indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019un SAM devait syst\u00e9matiquement \u00eatre r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9 par le national et labellis\u00e9, le choix des SAM devant \u00eatre a minima&nbsp;:<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019un SAM \u00e0 la main du Responsable de Boutique,<\/li>\n<li>les autres SAM discut\u00e9s en collaboration&nbsp;!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Or les paliers sont modifi\u00e9s d\u2019un mois sur l\u2019autre sans explication\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mesures d\u2019ajustement insuffisantes&nbsp;<\/strong>: <br \/> les fermetures des samedis (Gilets jaunes) sont compens\u00e9es comme une simple journ\u00e9e alors que le poids des samedis repr\u00e9sente entre 20 \u00e0 30 % de l\u2019activit\u00e9 par semaine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R\u00e8gles du TEP qui ne refl\u00e8tent pas l\u2019implication r\u00e9elle des vendeurs\u2026&nbsp;<\/strong>et qui rendent les \u00e9l\u00e9ments variables de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration non ma\u00eetrisables\u2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des produits en baisse\u2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le rapport CNPS en 2016 indiquait que 38 % des salari\u00e9s consid\u00e9raient avoir des objectifs inadapt\u00e9s ou d\u00e9raisonnables. <strong>Cet indicateur se d\u00e9grade en 2019 passant \u00e0 plus de 44%!
