SAFE est l\u2019agilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Rien n\u2019est dit pour les managers qui perdront une partie de leur \u00e9quipe allant travailler sur des projets \u00ab&nbsp;agile&nbsp;\u00bb. Certes ils continueront \u00e0 exercer leurs fonctions administratives (cong\u00e9s, RH) mais le reste de leurs activit\u00e9s est \u00e9tudi\u00e9 pour l\u2019instant en ateliers. Comment vont \u00eatre occup\u00e9s ces managers ? Qui va assurer le run de ceux qui partent en \u00e9quipe agile ? Il n\u2019y a pas de recrutements \u00e9voqu\u00e9s, ni d\u2019analyse de la charge de travail. Il risque d\u2019y avoir des tensions inter-services entre le digital et les m\u00e9tiers lors de la constitution des trains SAFE et le mercato qui va en r\u00e9sulter, avec le d\u00e9part de certains vers l\u2019Agile et les autres qui resteront pour assurer le run. Pour les salari\u00e9s de province qui travaillent en mode Agile, cela suppose un pr\u00e9sentiel beaucoup plus important et des voyages \u00e0 Paris hebdomadaires. Comment l\u2019accord vie priv\u00e9e-vie professionnelle peut-il \u00eatre respect\u00e9 dans ce cadre ?<\/p>\n<p>Il est annonc\u00e9 dans le dossier qu\u2019en 2023, 80% des projets seront en mode agile, ce qui est une aberration.
