Si, dans ce projet, on peut trouver un certain nombre d&rsquo;initiatives positives (r&eacute;unions d&rsquo;&eacute;quipe r&eacute;guli&egrave;res), la m&eacute;thode ne passe plus.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nUne fois de plus, au plus haut niveau, des d&eacute;cideurs qui ne sont pas forc&eacute;ment des sp&eacute;cialistes du terrain d&eacute;finissent comment il faut faire &quot;en bas&quot;.
