{"id":12197,"date":"2019-09-11T17:06:46","date_gmt":"2019-09-11T17:06:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=12197"},"modified":"2019-09-11T17:06:46","modified_gmt":"2019-09-11T17:06:46","slug":"le-sco-idf-dans-tous-ses-etats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2019\/09\/11\/le-sco-idf-dans-tous-ses-etats\/","title":{"rendered":"Le SCO IDF dans tous ses \u00e9tats &#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe CFE-CGC Orange<\/strong> a lanc\u00e9 une&nbsp;p\u00e9tition sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre du SCO IDF sur les questions des conditions de travail, de la PVC et de la mauvaise r\u00e9partition des objectifs.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de<strong> 300 signatures<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9colt\u00e9es en seulement&nbsp;2 jours sur les sites de St Maur,&nbsp;Paris&nbsp;Philippe Auguste, Paris St Michel, Maillot, Viry, Chessy et Cergy.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales pr\u00e9occupations sont&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019augmentation des objectifs et sa r\u00e9partition in\u00e9quitable entre les \u00e9quipes<\/li>\n<li>La baisse de la valorisation de septembre de certains actes, sans aucune communication pr\u00e9alable, sachant que la Direction du SCO \u00e9tait en possession de cette information depuis mi-ao\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li>Les baisses successives y compris au mois de septembre, de la grille de valorisation qui diminuent fortement les PVC des commerciaux, sans aucune communication aux salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Des SAM opaques&nbsp;impossibles \u00e0 piloter et \u00e0 suivre de mani\u00e8re fiable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cons\u00e9quence&nbsp;: Baisse des PVC des commerciaux \u00e0 la veille d\u2019un T4 qui se voulait ambitieux&nbsp;!!!<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes inquiets de la d\u00e9mobilisation du \u00ab&nbsp;front&nbsp;\u00bb et de son impact sur l\u2019ensemble des autres services.<\/p>\n<p>La pression pour atteindre des chiffres toujours plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, a fait disparaitre les formations, les mont\u00e9es en comp\u00e9tence, les d\u00e9briefs ainsi que les r\u00e9unions d\u2019\u00e9quipe &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons rencontr\u00e9 la Direction du SCO IDF pour avoir des propositions d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration et les r\u00e9ponses apport\u00e9es n&rsquo;ont pas du tout \u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;\u00e0 la hauteur de l\u2019enjeu.<\/p>\n<p>La Direction du SCO IDF parle d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer sa communication, de revoir \u00ab \u00e9ventuellement&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;la r\u00e9partition des objectifs par \u00e9quipe mais pas avant&nbsp;octobre (!!!), de prendre le temps d\u2019analyser et de discuter avec les responsables de d\u00e9partement, \u2026 et en attendant les commerciaux risquent de d\u00e9brayer.<\/p>\n<p>Le SCO IDF est dans tous ses \u00e9tats &#8230;<br \/>Pas seulement les commerciaux mais tous les services, avec beaucoup de solidarit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La Direction n\u2019a pas pris la mesure de ce malaise profond malgr\u00e9&nbsp;nos nombreuses&nbsp;remont\u00e9es en r\u00e9union DP , CHSCT et multilat\u00e9rale.
