Il montre que l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2018 est un \u00ab&nbsp;grand cru&nbsp;\u00bb, avec un nombre record de 38 op\u00e9rations, pilot\u00e9es par 34 entreprises, repr\u00e9sentant un volume de 3,4 milliards d&rsquo;euros, le plus haut niveau jamais recens\u00e9.
