En 2018, le taux de Travailleurs Handicap\u00e9s \u00e9tait seulement de 4,13% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019effectif total, (4,23% l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente).<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"> <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Ce recul a \u00e9t\u00e9 minor\u00e9 par l\u2019accueil de 12 jeunes en alternance en situation de handicap (contre 5 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re) et par l\u2019augmentation de reconnaissances QTH. Par contre, il n\u2019y a eu aucun recrutement de Travailleurs Handicap\u00e9s en CDI !<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Pour la Commission, la <strong>politique d\u2019emploi \u00e0 SCE en mati\u00e8re d\u2019Handicap<\/strong> reste <strong>modeste avec des moyens humains allou\u00e9s faibles<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe, constitu\u00e9e d\u2019une Cheffe de projet Diversit\u00e9 en CDD et d\u2019une stagiaire, \u00e9tait vraisemblablement sous-dimensionn\u00e9e en 2018. <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Quant aux correspondants Handicap, \u00e9galement Responsables RH dans les \u00e9tablissements secondaires, ils ne pouvaient lib\u00e9rer que peu de leur temps pour faire des animations autour de ce sujet.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Aussi, la Commission a constat\u00e9 que <strong>les personnes TH sont moins form\u00e9es&nbsp;<\/strong>par exemple : 15h contre 25h.&nbsp;L<span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">es actions sur le domaine de l\u2019Handicap se sont concentr\u00e9es autour de la <strong>Semaine de l\u2019Hangagement<\/strong> en novembre. Aucune animation n\u2019a eu lieu en CODIR alors que c\u2019est un indicateur de suivi pr\u00e9vu dans l\u2019Accord. <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Seulement <strong>deux salari\u00e9s se sont form\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;D\u00e9mystifions le handicap&nbsp;\u00bb,<\/strong> ce qui repr\u00e9sente bien peu de collaborateurs&#8230; Nous lan\u00e7ons les paris: la Directrice de la Diversit\u00e9 et la Pr\u00e9sidente de la Commission&nbsp;Handicap ?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Autant d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments qui sont r\u00e9v\u00e9lateurs d\u2019un <strong>manque de ressources&nbsp;pour animer le domaine&nbsp;<\/strong>!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Pour la Commission, la Direction de <strong>SCE a encore de gros efforts<\/strong> \u00e0 faire sur sa politique de sensibilisation \u00e0 l\u2019Handicap et doit <strong>se mettre \u00e0 minima en conformit\u00e9 avec l\u2019Accord Handicap sign\u00e9 en 2017<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Avec le recrutement de collaborateurs p\u00e9rennes dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe Handicap, la Direction enverrait un signe fort, t\u00e9moignant de l\u2019importance de l\u2019Handicap pour elle et impulserait une r\u00e9elle animation. <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><strong>La Commission esp\u00e8re aussi de vrais recrutements de Travailleurs Handicap\u00e9s en 2019 et compte sur de nouveaux moyens \u00e0 affecter aux \u00e9quipes RH sur le terrain<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aujourd\u2019hui,&nbsp; SCE ne contribue pas \u00e0&nbsp;la juste mesure \u00e0 l&rsquo;obligation d&rsquo;Orange SA en terme d&rsquo;obligation d\u2019emploi de personnes handicap\u00e9es \u00e0 6% de l\u2019effectif total.
