Si le regroupement des filiales a \u00e9t\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de simplification, elle reste insuffisante.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Nous revendiquons<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>la simplification des outils administratifs \u00e0 usage des salari\u00e9s et managers,<\/li>\n<li>la mise en place d\u2019un groupe de travail pour \u0153uvrer \u00e0 la simplification des processus,<\/li>\n<li>une organisation unique pour OBS SA.<\/li>\n<li>La mise en place d\u2019une d\u00e9marche de concertation avec les salari\u00e9s dans le cadre des diff\u00e9rents projets immobilier \u00e0 venir&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Orange : moins de proc\u00e9dures, plus d\u2019\u00e9changes<\/h2>\n<div>Avec ses experts et d\u00e9veloppeurs, Orange b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un grand potentiel d\u2019innovation.
