Elle exige que l&rsquo;accord et ses modes d&rsquo;application soient repens\u00e9s en toute diligence.<\/h4>\n<p>L\u2019Accord sur la Reconnaissance des Comp\u00e9tences et des Qualifications (ARCQ), sign\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier 2017, se devait d\u2019\u00eatre structurant pour la carri\u00e8re des personnels d\u2019Orange&nbsp;: fluidification de leurs parcours professionnels, prise en compte de leurs aspirations dans leur \u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re, nouvelle approche plus ouverte et transparente des r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels m\u00e9tiers \u2026 ARCQ aurait pu \u00eatre un grand accord social, mais\u2026<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision, prise unilat\u00e9ralement par l\u2019Entreprise, d\u2019instaurer un nouveau r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel m\u00e9tier particuli\u00e8rement rigide, et l\u2019absence d\u2019outils num\u00e9riques performants ont transform\u00e9 l\u2019op\u00e9ration en fiasco : retard de mise en \u0153uvre, d\u00e9ploiement dans la douleur et encore inachev\u00e9, frustration et incompr\u00e9hension \u00e0 l\u2019annonce des niveaux retenus, comit\u00e9s Ad Hoc de validation apr\u00e8s l\u2019entretien avec le manager\u2026 Autant de preuves des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 appliquer l\u2019accord sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<p>On comprend et partage la d\u00e9ception des personnels. La plupart d\u2019entre eux ont un compte sur LinkedIn, l\u2019application sociale phare de pr\u00e9sentation de ses parcours professionnels et recherches d\u2019emploi. L\u2019usine \u00e0 gaz qu\u2019ARCQ est devenu, et ses lacunes, ne lui permettent pas de tenir la distance&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s de multiples propositions trop souvent balay\u00e9es par la DRH, la CFE-CGC Orange, refusant de cautionner plus longtemps ce qui apparait aujourd\u2019hui comme un immense g\u00e2chis, a finalement pris la d\u00e9cision de d\u00e9noncer sa signature.
