{"id":12647,"date":"2019-10-31T09:12:32","date_gmt":"2019-10-31T09:12:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=12647"},"modified":"2019-10-31T09:12:32","modified_gmt":"2019-10-31T09:12:32","slug":"les-negociations-2019-vues-de-la-cfe-cgc-obs-sa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2019\/10\/31\/les-negociations-2019-vues-de-la-cfe-cgc-obs-sa\/","title":{"rendered":"Les n\u00e9gociations 2019 vues de la CFE-CGC OBS SA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La CFE-CGC a pour but de n\u00e9gocier des accords.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9gocier signifie arriver sur un terrain d\u2019entente avec la direction donc obtenir le plus de points possibles pour les salari\u00e9s dans la limite des contraintes de chacun.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons eu beaucoup de n\u00e9gociations ces derniers temps&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<h3><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-12321\" style=\"float: right;\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/parite_4.jpg\" alt=\"parite 4\" width=\"247\" height=\"220\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/parite_4.jpg 900w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/parite_4-300x268.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/parite_4-768x685.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 247px) 100vw, 247px\" \/>la N\u00e9gociation Annuelle Obligatoire<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de la CFE \u00e9tait multiple&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>obtenir une politique d\u2019augmentation identique sur toutes les ex-filiales d\u2019OBS SA\n<ul>\n<li>nous ne l\u2019avons pas obtenu n\u00e9anmoins dans les faits il y a tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019\u00e9carts entre les diff\u00e9rents ex-filiales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>int\u00e9grer fortement les mesures d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 homme-femme\n<ul>\n<li>obtenu sur tous les p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Int\u00e9grer un engagement \u00e9cologique\n<ul>\n<li>obtenu sur le texte mais peu engageant pour les directions donc peu suivi de faits<\/li>\n<li>\u00e0 am\u00e9liorer lors de la prochaine n\u00e9gociation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>La mise en place du CSE<\/h3>\n<p>La version finale des accords reprend la plupart des principes que nous d\u00e9fendions<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des CSSCT (ex CHSCT) par r\u00e9gion g\u00e9ographique<\/li>\n<li>1 CSEC et 2 CSE<\/li>\n<li>Un volume d\u2019heures de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation proche de 40000 h par an<\/li>\n<li>un syst\u00e8me de pool d\u2019heures de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation \u00e0 affecter selon les projets<\/li>\n<li>de la flexibilit\u00e9 de gestion des heures de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>La Gestion Pr\u00e9visionnelle de l\u2019Emploi et des Comp\u00e9tences (GPEC)<\/h3>\n<p>Pour cette n\u00e9gociation,&nbsp; nos objectifs \u00e9taient&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tendre vers la suppression du comit\u00e9 de mobilit\u00e9\n<ul>\n<li>nous sommes pass\u00e9s de 2 \u00e0 4 comit\u00e9s par an<\/li>\n<li>la direction ne peut plus refuser un mobilit\u00e9 qu\u2019une seule fois<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>uniformiser les primes de cooptations\n<ul>\n<li>obtenu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>am\u00e9liorer notre politique de recrutement\n<ul>\n<li>des objectifs et indicateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place<\/li>\n<li>nous les suivrons de pr\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>uniformiser l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation\n<ul>\n<li>60% des salari\u00e9s form\u00e9 par an<\/li>\n<li>100% des salari\u00e9s form\u00e9s sur 3 ans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>L\u2019amendement de la politique d\u2019int\u00e9ressement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019augmentation d\u2019objectif sur le CA service pour diminuer les autres objectifs \u00e9tait un impond\u00e9rable de la CFE-CGC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Du 19 au 21 novembre 2019, Choisissez ceux qui agissent&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La CFE-CGC a pour but de n\u00e9gocier des accords.
