L\u2019objectif est de d\u00e9velopper des produits plus rapidement en 3 ou 4 mois au lieu de 16, d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019objectif d\u2019arriver \u00e0 80% des projets en mode Agile en 2023.<\/p>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>Si les \u00e9lus ne contestent pas la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 s\u2019adapter pour faire face \u00e0 une concurrence sans cesse plus exacerb\u00e9e, la mise en place de la m\u00e9thode Agile se fait sans prendre en compte ses \u00ab&nbsp;effets secondaires&nbsp;\u00bb, comme le report de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de Run sur les autres salari\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, le r\u00f4le du middle management etc, le tout sans concevoir un plan de pr\u00e9vention des risques psycho-sociaux digne de ce nom.
