Nous veillerons \u00e0 une r\u00e9partition \u00e9quitable, notamment dans les \u00e9quipes de production commerciales et techniques.<\/p>\n<p>Nous continuons de militer pour :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des augmentations collectives qui maintiennent le pouvoir d\u2019achat,<\/li>\n<li>un budget d\u2019augmentations individuelles permettant aux managers de reconna\u00eetre les efforts de chacun,<\/li>\n<li>des parts variables collectives favorisant l\u2019entraide et la coop\u00e9ration au sein des \u00e9quipes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nous avons bris\u00e9 le tabou de la PVM<\/strong> (part variable manag\u00e9riale) en d\u00e9non\u00e7ant l\u2019int\u00e9gration du Barom\u00e8tre Salari\u00e9 dans son calcul, et fait rectifier les objectifs et les bar\u00e8mes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des vendeurs en boutique afin d\u2019enrayer la baisse de leur PVC (part variable commerciale).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Am\u00e9liorer le pouvoir d\u2019achat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le contrat collectif de compl\u00e9mentaire sant\u00e9 pour les fonctionnaires, obtenu de haute lutte, est enfin en place, et la prise en charge de 60% de la cotisation par l\u2019employeur constitue un gain de pouvoir d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n<p>Nous demandons aussi des avantages tarifaires plus significatifs pour permettre \u00e0 tous les personnels de devenir des ambassadeurs des offres Orange tout en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019un pouvoir d\u2019achat suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous revendiquons l\u2019ouverture d\u2019assises de la r\u00e9tribution<\/strong>, afin d\u2019en simplifier les r\u00e8gles et de les rendre plus transparentes pour les personnels, <strong>et la baisse du dividende<\/strong>, pour privil\u00e9gier l\u2019investissement, notamment dans les hommes et les femmes qui font Orange au quotidien.<\/p>\n<p>Retrouvez ici la <a class=\"wf_file\" href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/bd_2_retribution_et_pouvoir_dachat.pdf\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wf_file_icon size-full wp-image-12\" style=\"border: 0px;
