{"id":12766,"date":"2019-11-12T08:31:09","date_gmt":"2019-11-12T08:31:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=12766"},"modified":"2019-11-12T08:31:09","modified_gmt":"2019-11-12T08:31:09","slug":"strategie-d-orange-business-services-dans-le-tunnel-de-la-transformation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2019\/11\/12\/strategie-d-orange-business-services-dans-le-tunnel-de-la-transformation\/","title":{"rendered":"Strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;Orange Business Services: dans le tunnel de la transformation&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[<em>French version here\/English version below<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en d&rsquo;Orange des 5, 6 et 7 novembre 2019 \u00e0 Bordeaux, la Direction du Groupe a inscrit un point \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour relatif \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;Orange Business Services pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par Helmut Reisinger, CEO d&rsquo;Orange Business Services.<\/p>\n<p>Sur l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2018, si la transformation d&rsquo;Orange Business Services progresse au travers notamment d&rsquo;une position de leader sur le march\u00e9 de la connectivit\u00e9, d&rsquo;une croissance organique av\u00e9r\u00e9e sur les nouvelles activit\u00e9s (+12% sur la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9, +10% sur le cloud, +8% sur le \u00ab\u00a0Digital &#038; Data\u00a0\u00bb), ainsi que de nouvelles acquistions (Business &#038; Decision, Secure Link, Secure Data, Enovacom), le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de l&rsquo;entit\u00e9, s&rsquo;\u00e9tablissant \u00e0 7.3 Mds d&rsquo;euros, enregistre sur la p\u00e9riode un recul de 0.2%, r\u00e9sultat malgr\u00e9 tout meilleur que la plupart des concurrents du Groupe dans ce domaine d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s. Fort d&rsquo;un effectif de 26000 personnes dans le monde, dont 13000 en France, Orange Business Services assure une couverture mondiale dans 166 pays, avec une pr\u00e9sence dans 69 d&rsquo;entre eux.<\/p>\n<p>De grandes \u00e9volutions sur le march\u00e9 B2B contraignent les mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;affaires traditionnels \u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter, avec une pression s&rsquo;intensifiant sur la base arri\u00e8re fran\u00e7aise, une concurrence accrue des acteurs OTT et des g\u00e9ants du cloud, ainsi qu&rsquo;une livraison de la prestation toujours en difficult\u00e9 depuis 2017, \u00e9l\u00e9ments auxquels s&rsquo;ajoute la perception d&rsquo;Orange Business Services par le r\u00e9gulateur fran\u00e7ais comme acteur dominant sur le march\u00e9 entreprise. La transformation de l&rsquo;entit\u00e9 vers ces nouveaux m\u00e9tiers pose un enjeu de profitabilit\u00e9, si l&rsquo;on consid\u00e8re qu&rsquo;un euro perdu en chiffre d&rsquo;affaires t\u00e9l\u00e9coms implique trois euros gagn\u00e9s en chiffre d&rsquo;affaires sur l&rsquo;IT (Information Technology) pour maintenir l&rsquo;EBITDA.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 toutes ces contraintes, la Direction indique vouloir faire d&rsquo;Orange Business Services le leader de l&rsquo;Internet des entreprises \u00ab\u00a0en les aidant \u00e0 devenir acteurs d&rsquo;un environnement business totalement interconnect\u00e9 et en mettant la puissance des donn\u00e9es au service de l&rsquo;innovation humaine\u00a0\u00bb. Cette ambition s&rsquo;articule autour de 4 principes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9pondre simplement et efficacement aux attentes des clients et des \u00e9quipes<\/li>\n<li>Engager les \u00e9quipes et l&rsquo;innovation avec les clients autour de la 5G, en mettant en place la nouvelle Unit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Affaires \u00ab\u00a0Smart Mobility Services\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n<li>Simplifier l&rsquo;organisation avec la mise en place d&rsquo;un point de contact unique regroupant les activit\u00e9s digital, marketing et communication<\/li>\n<li>Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9ploiement de l&rsquo;approche \u00ab\u00a0P&#038;L client\u00a0\u00bb (Profit &#038; Loss) en France et \u00e0 l&rsquo;international<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Outre ces 4 principes, 3 axes strat\u00e9giques contribuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 la structuration de cette ambition:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0(Re)Grow\u00a0\u00bb, en retrouvant la croissance sur notre m\u00e9tier fondamental<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0Scale\u00a0\u00bb, en passant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle sur les relais de croissance IT<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0Transform\u00a0\u00bb, en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant la transformation des comp\u00e9tences, de l&rsquo;approche clients, des mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;affaires et de la culture interne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne, cette ambition se traduit par la volont\u00e9 de devenir le leader reconnu du march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en, en atteignant d&rsquo;ici la fin 2020 un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de fin d&rsquo;exercice d&rsquo;1 Md d&rsquo;euros. Outre certaines r\u00e9alisations d\u00e9j\u00e0 op\u00e9r\u00e9es depuis 2018, il faut acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&rsquo;acquisition de nouveaux logos, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer notre croissance dans des domaines strat\u00e9giques, renforcer nos capacit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de conseil et d&rsquo;innovation en Europe, sans oublier l&rsquo;autonomie des \u00e9quipes en relation directe avec les clients. L&rsquo;enjeu est \u00e9galement majeur en termes d&#8217;emplois et de m\u00e9tiers, puisqu&rsquo;il convient d&rsquo;attirer, recruter, former et fid\u00e9liser les bons profils et les bonnes comp\u00e9tences dans des domaines tels que le cloud, le logiciel, le cyber et la data science.<\/p>\n<p>La Direction est ensuite revenue sur les acquisitions de ces derniers mois, dont notamment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basefarm: 600 salari\u00e9s, 100 M\u20ac de chiffre d&rsquo;affaires en 2018, acteur europ\u00e9en des infrastructures et services cloud, compl\u00e9mentaire d&rsquo;Orange Cloud for Business<\/li>\n<li>Business &#038; Decision: 2100 salari\u00e9s, 220 M\u20ac de chiffre d&rsquo;affaires en 2018, pr\u00e9sent dans 11 pays dont la France, les Pays-Bas, la Belgique et le Luxembourg, positionn\u00e9 comme extension du domaine digital &#038; data d&rsquo;Orange Business Services \u00e0 l&rsquo;international<\/li>\n<li>SecureData: 215 salari\u00e9s, 50 M\u20ac de chiffre d&rsquo;affaires en 2018, d\u00e9tenant 28% du march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, atteignant 14% de croissance sur les services manag\u00e9s, et pr\u00e9sentant des synergies commerciales crois\u00e9es avec Orange Business Services au Royaume-Uni et \u00e0 l&rsquo;international, tout en offrant \u00e0 Orange Cloud for Business la possibilit\u00e9 de capitaliser en France sur l&rsquo;expertise milieu de march\u00e9 et de renforcer la position d&rsquo;Orange Cloud for Business sur les services manag\u00e9s de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>SecureLink: 670 salari\u00e9s, 250 M\u20ac en 2018, pr\u00e9sent dans 7 pays europ\u00e9ens, offrant une solide comp\u00e9tence en cyber s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et permettant \u00e0 Orange Cloud for Business d&rsquo;amplifier sa reconnaissance et sa croissance au-del\u00e0 des seules France et Belgique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>S&rsquo;agissant des aspects ressources humaines, la Direction indique qu&rsquo;Orange Business Services comptait en juin 2019, et hors SecureLink, un total de 16481 salari\u00e9s en Europe, dont 12785 en France. De nouveaux d\u00e9fis apparaissent dans le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences et des modes de travail, prenant en compte les impacts des \u00e9volutions technologiques sur les m\u00e9tiers, le changement des modes d&rsquo;interaction avec les clients, ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement de la transversalit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes et le renforcement de la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 int\u00e9grer diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes. La Direction expose alors divers principes d&rsquo;apprentissage en lien avec les enjeux business, via une approche globale du management des comp\u00e9tences baptis\u00e9e Eur\u00eaka, un programme de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences au sein de Customer Service &#038; Operations, des \u00ab\u00a0Devoldays\u00a0\u00bb organis\u00e9s dans les diff\u00e9rentes g\u00e9ographies europ\u00e9ennes pour communiquer sur les dispositifs de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et des comp\u00e9tences propos\u00e9s, et enfin un programme d&rsquo;identification et d&rsquo;anticipation des comp\u00e9tences centr\u00e9 sur les ambitions de \u00ab\u00a0Smart 2020\u00a0\u00bb au sein d&rsquo;International Business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tout en convenant des importants enjeux de transformation en cours, les membres du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en rel\u00e8vent que le potentiel d&rsquo;Orange Business Services a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit avec ses salari\u00e9s, et qu&rsquo;il ne faut pas le sacrifier, pas plus vis-\u00e0-vis des clients que du Groupe. Il existe un r\u00e9el risque de d\u00e9gradation de la qualit\u00e9 de service, les clients d\u00e9tracteurs pointant notre incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9livrer, d\u00e8s lors que l&rsquo;entreprise sort de sa zone de confort: l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration des r\u00e9seaux. Il y a urgence \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper nos comp\u00e9tences en termes d&rsquo;int\u00e9grateur, le risque de d\u00e9gradation de notre image \u00e9tant particuli\u00e8rement aigu. Le Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en s&rsquo;interroge \u00e9galement sur les conclusions de l&rsquo;inspection en cours sur le rattachement de l&rsquo;entit\u00e9 Sofrecom, li\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;instant \u00e0 Orange Moyen-Orient &#038; Afrique. M\u00eame interrogation s&rsquo;agissant du calendrier de retour sur investissement li\u00e9 aux multiples acquisitions de ces derniers mois.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Enfin, les membres du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en regrettent vivement que &lsquo;linstance n&rsquo;ait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement inform\u00e9e et consult\u00e9e en amont des processus d&rsquo;acquisition, malgr\u00e9 la position claire en la mati\u00e8re des directives europ\u00e9ennes, la Direction se bornant \u00e0 indiquer faire confiance \u00e0 ses juristes pour d\u00e9terminer quels dossiers doivent en faire l&rsquo;objet, \u00e0 quel moment, et de quelle mani\u00e8re. In addition to certain achievements already made since 2018, we must accelerate the acquisition of new logos, accelerate our growth in strategic areas, strengthen our capabilities in terms of consulting and innovation in Europe, not to mention the autonomy of teams in direct relationship with customers.
