Ainsi, seules 34% des femmes, contre 41% des hommes, ont essay\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier le salaire de leur premier emploi. Cette tendance se v\u00e9rifie par la suite&nbsp;: au cours de leur carri\u00e8re, 55% des femmes, contre 60% des hommes, ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 n\u00e9goci\u00e9 leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Pourtant, elles sont bien conscientes (88%) que la n\u00e9gociation joue un r\u00f4le important pour leur permettre d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.
