{"id":12837,"date":"2019-11-17T16:48:36","date_gmt":"2019-11-17T16:48:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=12837"},"modified":"2019-11-17T16:48:36","modified_gmt":"2019-11-17T16:48:36","slug":"2020-2025-elements-generaux-de-la-strategie-du-groupe-orange","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2019\/11\/17\/2020-2025-elements-generaux-de-la-strategie-du-groupe-orange\/","title":{"rendered":"2020-2025: \u00e9l\u00e9ments g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de la strat\u00e9gie du Groupe Orange"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[<em>French version here\/English version below<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en d&rsquo;Orange des 5, 6, et 7 novembre 2019 \u00e0 Bordeaux, la Direction du Groupe a inscrit un point \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour relatif \u00e0 la Strat\u00e9gie d\u2019Orange, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par St\u00e9phane Richard, Pr\u00e9sident Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>A la date du 6 novembre, le plan strat\u00e9gique 2020 \u2013 2025 &nbsp;\u00e9tait en cours de finalisation. La communication officielle du plan, en particulier aux organisations syndicales, est organis\u00e9e \u00e0 compter du mois de d\u00e9cembre. Un Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Monde extraordinaire est \u00e0 ce titre programm\u00e9 le 22 janvier. Le Bureau du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe E envisage de demander \u00e0 ce que les \u00e9lus du CGE puissent \u00e9galement y participer. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sentation en Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en a donc port\u00e9 sur les grandes orientations.<\/p>\n<p>En premier lieu a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9e la d\u00e9finition de la \u00ab&nbsp;raison d\u2019\u00eatre&nbsp;\u00bb dont va se doter le Groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la loi PACTE au printemps dernier, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui le souhaitent peuvent se reconnaitre une raison d\u2019\u00eatre. Selon la loi, elle est constitu\u00e9e \u00abdes principes dont la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se dote et pour lesquels elle entend affecter des moyens\u2026\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Orange a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se saisir de cette opportunit\u00e9. La raison d\u2019\u00eatre sera d\u00e9voil\u00e9e le 10 d\u00e9cembre.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e9phane Richard a fait valoir le choix du Groupe d\u2019une co-\u00e9criture de la raison d\u2019\u00eatre avec l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s, dans un premier temps, \u00e0 faire des propositions de formulations et peuvent aujourd\u2019hui donner leur avis sur celles qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recueillies.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux axes d\u00e9clin\u00e9s par St\u00e9phane Richard dans le cadre de sa communication aux membres du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9conomie inclusive et l\u2019\u00e9conomie du d\u00e9veloppement durable feront partie des missions de l\u2019entreprise. Le plan fixera des objectifs soci\u00e9taux et environnementaux ambitieux<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Le d\u00e9ploiement de la 5G, avec son ouverture en Roumanie la veille de la s\u00e9ance pleini\u00e8re, est confirm\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>La poursuite du d\u00e9ploiement de la fibre dans les pays europ\u00e9ens o\u00f9 Orange est op\u00e9rateur de r\u00e9seaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Le partage des r\u00e9seaux tant dans le domaine du fixe que du mobile (selon le mod\u00e8le des Tower Co) va se d\u00e9velopper. Il constitue une r\u00e9ponse au morcellement du march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en qui compte plus d\u2019une centaine d\u2019op\u00e9rateurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Les relais de croissance que sont les services IT et d\u2019Int\u00e9gration aux entreprises port\u00e9s par Orange Business Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019IA avec la sortie confirm\u00e9e de Djingo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A l\u2019international, St\u00e9phane Richard a indiqu\u00e9 vouloir qu\u2019Orange entre sur le march\u00e9 Ethiopien<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans ses \u00e9changes avec les membres du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en, St\u00e9phane Richard est revenu sur le fractionnement du march\u00e9 en Europe \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019une question pos\u00e9e sur une possible consolidation. Il s\u2019est montr\u00e9 critique par rapport \u00e0 la politique europ\u00e9enne o\u00f9 la concurrence a pr\u00e9valu. Ainsi, nous a-t-il rappel\u00e9 que la Chine ne comptera bient\u00f4t que 2 op\u00e9rateurs quand la question d\u2019un quatri\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 encore r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9battue en Belgique. Les propos de Thierry Breton dans les Echos en juillet dernier sur une n\u00e9cessaire v\u00e9ritable politique du num\u00e9rique et une v\u00e9ritable politique industrielle au niveau europ\u00e9en sont-ils de nature \u00e0 le rendre plus optimiste&nbsp;? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en l&rsquo;a interrog\u00e9 sur la responsabilit\u00e9 environnementale de l\u2019entreprise, et notamment son empreinte carbone. Le plan strat\u00e9gique fixera des objectifs ambitieux de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions CO2. Le Groupe ira-t-il jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;verdir&nbsp;\u00bb les salaires des dirigeants et\/ou managers en liant la part variable de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration aux progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s&nbsp;dans ce domaine? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Enfin, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9e la question des salaires. Elle portait plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour ceux des salari\u00e9s qui vivent dans les capitales europ\u00e9ennes. Les membres du Comit\u00e9 de Groupe Europ\u00e9en ont fait valoir une d\u00e9-corr\u00e9lation des augmentations salariales avec l\u2019\u00e9volution du co\u00fbt de la vie dans ces m\u00e9tropoles. &nbsp;Au-del\u00e0 de la situation des seules capitales l\u2019assurance que les salaires permettent, sur toutes les g\u00e9ographies, \u00e0 tous les employ\u00e9s du Groupe, de vivre dignement dans le contexte \u00e9conomique de leur pays respectif est un vrai sujet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[<em>English version<\/em>]<\/p>\n<p>As part of the Orange European Works Council held in Bordeaux on November 5th, 6th, and 7th 2019, the Group\u2019s Management has included an item on the agenda related to Orange Group Strategy, presented by St\u00e9phane Richard, Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n<p>On November 6th, the 2020 &#8211; 2025 strategic plan was being finalized. The official communication of the plan, in particular to the trade unions, is organized as of December. An extraordinary World Works Council is scheduled on January 22nd, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The presentation focused on the main orientations.<\/p>\n<p>Since the entry into force of the PACTE law last spring, the companies that wish it can define a \u201creason for being\u201d. According to the law, it is constituted \u00ab\u00a0of the principles of the company and for which it intends to allocate means &#8230;\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Orange has decided to seize this opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e9phane Richard spoke about the Group&rsquo;s choice of co-writing it with all employees. They were first invited to make proposals for formulations and can now give their opinion on those that have been collected.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e9phane Richard&rsquo;s main themes in his communication to the European Works Council members were as follows :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The inclusive economy and the economy of sustainable development will be part of the company&rsquo;s mission. The plan will set ambitious societal and environmental goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The deployment of 5G, with its opening in Romania the day before the meeting, is confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Continued deployment of fiber in European countries where Orange is a network operator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Network sharing in both fixed lines and mobile (Tower Co) will develop. It is a response to the fragmentation of the European market of more than a hundred operators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The growth drivers that are the IT services and Integration to businesses carried by OBS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The AI \u200b\u200bwith Djingo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>St\u00e9phane Richard has indicated that he wants Orange to enter the Ethiopian market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In his discussions with the European Works Council members, St\u00e9phane Richard returned to the splitting of the market in Europe in the context of a question asked about a possible consolidation. He was critical of European politics where competition prevailed. Thus, he reminded us that China will soon have only 2 operators when the question of a fourth has been recently debated in Belgium. Are Thierry Breton&rsquo;s comments in Les Echos last July on the real need for a digital policy and a real industrial policy at the European level likely to make him more optimistic ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The European Works Council questioned him about the company&rsquo;s environmental responsibility, including its carbon footprint. The strategic plan will set ambitious targets for reducing CO2 emissions. The Group will go so far as to \u00ab\u00a0green\u00a0\u00bb the salaries of leaders and\/or managers by linking the variable part of the remuneration to the progress made in this area?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Finally, the question of wages was raised. It was more specifically for those employees who live in European capitals. The European Works Council members argued that wage increases were de-correlated with changes in the cost of living in these cities.
