En remportant <strong>26,08%<\/strong> des suffrages nationaux (+3,26% par rapport \u00e0 2017), <strong>la CFE-CGC Orange<\/strong>, qui progresse en pourcentage mais aussi en voix malgr\u00e9 la baisse d\u2019effectifs, <strong>devient la 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> organisation syndicale dans l&rsquo;UES Orange, comprenant Orange SA et Orange Cara\u00efbes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elle conserve la majorit\u00e9 absolue \u00e0 Orange Business Services et \u00e0 Orange France Si\u00e8ge, et progresse dans tous les autres p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres m\u00e9tropolitains et dans les Antilles-Guyane, devenant souvent la 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> organisation de repr\u00e9sentation du personnel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Simultan\u00e9ment, elle a progress\u00e9 dans de nombreuses filiales : OBS SA (48,4%) Orange Marine (51,3%), Business &#038; D\u00e9cision (57,5%), Buy In (48%)&#8230; <strong>confortant sa position de 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> organisation syndicale du Groupe Orange<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La progression de la CFE-CGC Orange, non signataire d&rsquo;un grand nombre d&rsquo;accords n\u00e9fastes au bon fonctionnement de l&rsquo;entreprise, doit conduire la Direction \u00e0 changer sa politique sociale pour enfin prendre en consid\u00e9ration les propositions constructives de notre organisation que vous avez soutenue massivement.
