Point important : l&rsquo;&eacute;tude met en &eacute;vidence que 5% des seniors &#8211; soit plus de 3000 personnes &#8211; ont la double caract&eacute;ristique de vire une situation d&eacute;grad&eacute;e et de ne pas avoir de perspective pour s&rsquo;en sortir. Cette situation est le sympt&ocirc;me d&rsquo;un mal-&ecirc;tre profond pouvant conduire &agrave; des situations extr&ecirc;mes.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAutre point important : 70% pensent que leur m&eacute;tier n&rsquo;est pas valoris&eacute; par l&rsquo;entreprise et ne croient pas en leur avenir. Restructurations et r&eacute;organisations ont conduit &agrave; la perte du sens du travail, au manque de reconnaissance et &agrave; la d&eacute;possession de son m&eacute;tier.
