Avec souvent, \u00e0 la cl\u00e9, une plus grande transversalit\u00e9, qui prend la forme d\u2019une baisse du nombre de niveaux hi\u00e9rarchiques ou d\u2019une responsabilisation accrue des personnes. Mais cela requiert une \u00e9volution importante des comp\u00e9tences. Les comp\u00e9tences individuelles sont, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, bien appr\u00e9hend\u00e9es et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es. En revanche, les comp\u00e9tences collectives, mobilis\u00e9es en interne lorsque l\u2019on collabore avec d\u2019autres coll\u00e8gues, ou en contexte inter-organisationnel lorsque l\u2019on coop\u00e8re avec des concurrents, des clients ou encore des fournisseurs, demeurent trop souvent d\u00e9laiss\u00e9es ou oubli\u00e9es.
