Voici la r\u00e9partition en pourcentage de l&rsquo;effectif des promotions ARCQ 2019:<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-13627\" style=\"float: right;\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/arcq_2019.jpg\" alt=\"arcq 2019\" width=\"492\" height=\"385\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/arcq_2019.jpg 492w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/arcq_2019-300x235.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 492px) 100vw, 492px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Niveau Avanc\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/strong> 491, avec une &nbsp;augmentation salariale moyenne de 2,2% (82% avec 2%, &nbsp;13% entre 2 et 3% et 1% sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 5%).<br \/> <strong>Niveau R\u00e9f\u00e9rent<\/strong>&nbsp;: 121, avec une augmentation moyenne de 5% et changement de bande pour certains.<br \/> <strong>Mesures Emploi Comp\u00e9tence<\/strong>&nbsp;: 124, avec une augmentation moy. de 3.6%<\/p>\n<p><strong>Situations particuli\u00e8res<\/strong>&nbsp;: 69, avec une augmentation moy. de 3.6%<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons not\u00e9 que les mesures \u00e9galit\u00e9 Homme\/Femme&nbsp;ont concern\u00e9 27 salari\u00e9es soit 10% de l\u2019effectif concern\u00e9 (augmentation moy. 3.3%) et l\u2019absence de promotion depuis plus de 10 ans&nbsp;: 5 salari\u00e9s soit 0,2% de l\u2019effectif.<\/p>\n<p><strong> L\u2019analyse de la CFE-CGC&nbsp;:<\/strong> <br \/> Avec des augmentations moyennes de 3,6% pour les non cadres et de 2,9% pour les cadres, Orange se situe correctement par rapport aux autres entreprises du m\u00eame secteur. Mais nous regrettons que ces mesures d\u2019enveloppe fixe ne permettent pas de faire le lien avec le besoin r\u00e9el des entit\u00e9s.
