{"id":13645,"date":"2020-03-13T10:53:46","date_gmt":"2020-03-13T10:53:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=13645"},"modified":"2020-03-13T10:53:46","modified_gmt":"2020-03-13T10:53:46","slug":"l-essentiel-du-cse-fs-f-des-11-et-12-mars-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2020\/03\/13\/l-essentiel-du-cse-fs-f-des-11-et-12-mars-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;essentiel du CSE FS&#038;F des 11 et 12 mars 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Au sommaire de ces deux jours<\/h3>\n<p><strong>En pr\u00e9alable<\/strong> : de tr\u00e8s nombreux collaborateurs d\u2019Orange, d\u00e9sireux ou contraints de travailler en pr\u00e9sentiel, nous ont fait remonter des pr\u00e9occupations vari\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et \u00e0 l\u2019insuffisance de la prophylaxie actuellement pratiqu\u00e9e dans les \u00e9tablissements du CSEE FS&#038;F.<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange, \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la d\u00e9claration commune des \u00e9lus sur le sujet, a port\u00e9 vos demandes d\u2019am\u00e9lioration du dispositif actuellement mis en \u0153uvre, aupr\u00e8s de la Direction.<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange a \u00e9galement \u00e9crit par deux fois \u00e0 la DRH Groupe concernant <a href=\"202003128782\/restauration\/crise-sanitaire-liee-a-la-propagation-du-coronavirus-alerte-sur-les-mesures-a-prendre-dans-les-cantines.html\">les mesures \u00e0 prendre<\/a> dans la situation \u00e9pid\u00e9mique actuelle.<\/p>\n<h4>Projets immobiliers<\/h4>\n<p>Les \u00e9lus on demand\u00e9 l\u2019ajournement des points pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour \u00ab&nbsp;information-consultation sur le projet immobilier du Campus de Montpellier et celui de Toulouse&nbsp;\u00bb,&nbsp; ces dossiers n\u2019offrant pas \u00e0 ce stade, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension pleine et enti\u00e8re des projets.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant le projet immobilier New Orl\u00e9ans, les \u00e9lus ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mandater la CSSCT DRH, notamment sur le micro-zoning et les cons\u00e9quences sur la sant\u00e9, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et conditions de travail des salari\u00e9s du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre FS&#038;F.<\/p>\n<h4>Evolution des modes de fonctionnement de la DTRHFC<\/h4>\n<p>Il est urgent qu\u2019Orange se d\u00e9cide \u00e0 d\u00e9-densifier l\u2019IDF au profit des r\u00e9gions, o\u00f9 le turnover est moins important et o\u00f9 le besoin de v\u00e9ritable proximit\u00e9 RH se fait de plus en plus cruellement sentir.<\/p>\n<h4>Partage d\u2019activit\u00e9s entre les \u00e9quipes ICEO et G2A<\/h4>\n<p>Si les \u00e9lus CFE-CGC Orange reconnaissent la pertinence \u00e9conomique du projet, les points de vigilances remont\u00e9s, notamment sur la r\u00e9partition des charges de travail entre les \u00e9quipes ICEO et G2A, comme le pilotage d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s multi-sites et multi directions, ont justifi\u00e9 leur abstention.<\/p>\n<h4>Projet de modification des horaires de travail du pole gestion<\/h4>\n<p>Pour les personnels concern\u00e9s, la strat\u00e9gie de la Direction apparait&nbsp; comme une forme d\u2019injonction de type \u00ab arrangez-vous entre vous \u00bb. Or il est de sa responsabilit\u00e9 d\u2019organiser le travail \u00e9quitablement, sans diff\u00e9rence de traitement.
