En l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de la l\u00e9gislation, les peines encourues par les auteurs du d\u00e9lit de harc\u00e8lement moral ne permettent pas la pr\u00e9vention de la r\u00e9cidive.<\/p>\n<p>La loi doit pouvoir \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par des peines compl\u00e9mentaires tant dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des salari\u00e9s que de celui des entreprises pour que l&rsquo;humain, la sant\u00e9 des individus et leurs conditions de travail soient pr\u00e9serv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Le 27 f\u00e9vrier dernier, l\u2019URIF CFE-CGC, l\u2019UD75 CFE-CGC et le Groupe Technologia organisaient un colloque sur le harc\u00e8lement moral au travail, qui a r\u00e9uni plus de 400 invit\u00e9s.
