Nolwenn Anier, docteure en psychologie et directrice du p\u00f4le recherche chez Moodwork, nous rappelle que ce que nous vivons actuellement n\u2019est pas repr\u00e9sentatif du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail classique.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Je conseillerais donc aux salari\u00e9s et managers secou\u00e9s par le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail forc\u00e9, de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur l\u2019impact qu\u2019ont eu les circonstances actuelles sur leur v\u00e9cu, une fois la p\u00e9riode de confinement termin\u00e9e.
