Ce document rend compte d\u2019un cycle de travail qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 entre juin 2018 et la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2019, et qui a r\u00e9uni une quinzaine de participants r\u00e9guliers \u2013 repr\u00e9sentants des organisations syndicales, d\u2019entreprises, d\u2019administrations publiques, consultants, chercheurs et start-uppers.
