Celui-ci est accablant sur plusieurs points et pointe des risques psycho-sociaux (salari\u00e9s fatigu\u00e9s, inquiets, surcharge de travail). Il y a un \u00e9vident probl\u00e8me de suivi de la sant\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s&nbsp;: visites m\u00e9dicales non r\u00e9alis\u00e9es et une m\u00e9connaissance de la m\u00e9decine du travail par les salari\u00e9s et par les managers, notamment en ce qui concerne leurs responsabilit\u00e9s en termes de pr\u00e9vention et de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, le rapport de la m\u00e9decine du travail fait les m\u00eames constats sans qu\u2019on ait l\u2019impression que la direction lui donne les moyens de mener \u00e0 bien son r\u00f4le.
