Convaincus de \u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019importance de l\u2019humain&nbsp;\u00bb (!), 55% des DRH estiment que l\u2019apr\u00e8s-crise doit conduire \u00e0 repenser le contrat social propos\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s, en l\u2019axant davantage vers \u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, la transparence et la coop\u00e9ration&nbsp;\u00bb. Par ailleurs, 71 % consid\u00e8rent que les distances hi\u00e9rarchiques se sont estomp\u00e9es pendant la crise, et qu\u2019il va falloir \u00ab&nbsp;transformer durablement les modes de relation entre les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes internes (dirigeants, managers, salari\u00e9s et leurs repr\u00e9sentants)&nbsp;\u00bb.
