Comment faire pour que ces nouvelles cat\u00e9gories de salari\u00e9s ne comparent pas leurs situations respectives \u00e0 l\u2019heure de la reprise.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Chez Orange, o\u00f9 les salari\u00e9s des boutiques ont eux aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9s d\u2019activit\u00e9 avec maintien de leur variable tandis que les techniciens de r\u00e9seau \u00e9taient sur le terrain, le risque de fracture est tr\u00e8s bien per\u00e7u.<br \/>[&#8230;]<br \/>\u00ab \u00c7a ne fait qu\u2019exacerber des tensions qui existaient d\u00e9j\u00e0, comme par exemple entre les services centraux parisiens et ceux implant\u00e9s en province, entre la production face au client et les fonctions de support \u00bb, temp\u00e8re &nbsp;S\u00e9bastien Crozier, pr\u00e9sident de la CFE-CGC d\u2019Orange, qui admet n\u00e9anmoins que \u00ab la r\u00e9partition de la richesse sera l\u2019enjeu des prochaines n\u00e9gociations salariales \u00bb.<br \/> D\u2019autant que l\u2019entreprise vient de distribuer pour plus de 10 millions d\u2019euros d\u2019actions gratuites aux 1 000 premiers managers du groupe. De quoi pimenter les d\u00e9bats alors que les techniciens, \u00ab h\u00e9ros du r\u00e9seau \u00bb, touchent les salaires les plus bas de l\u2019entreprise et que les salari\u00e9s des boutiques, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par certains comme des \u00ab privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s \u00bb, ne seraient pas vraiment en position de revendiquer quoi que ce soit. Bref, \u00e0 force de se comparer, on est toujours le privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 d\u2019un autre.
