Prenons un exemple&nbsp;: l\u2019<b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">IOT<\/b>. Il n\u2019y a eu que 306 heures de formation r\u00e9alis\u00e9es et juste sur un module de vulgarisation. Est-ce vraiment un secteur strat\u00e9gique&nbsp;? O\u00f9 sont nos experts&nbsp;? Il semble que le pilotage se fasse plus \u00e0 vue et ne soit pas le fruit d\u2019une r\u00e9flexion et d\u2019une analyse pos\u00e9es. Or la strat\u00e9gie en mati\u00e8re de formation devrait se baser sur l\u2019anticipation&nbsp;des besoins li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces m\u00e9tiers !!!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">A SCE, sommes-nous tous \u00e9gaux \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation&nbsp;?<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Vraisemblablement, non&nbsp;! Nous nous sommes m\u00eame demand\u00e9 si notre compr\u00e9hension \u00e9tait juste\u2026&nbsp;C\u2019est pour dire&nbsp;! <span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\">Deux \u00ab&nbsp;stagiaires-salari\u00e9s\u00bb,<\/span><\/b><span style=\"mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\"> ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 pour chacun d\u2019eux de <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">plus de 630h de formation<\/b>,<i style=\"mso-bidi-font-style: normal;\"> <\/i>\u00abExpert en ing\u00e9nierie et d\u00e9veloppement de logiciels&nbsp;\u00bb et un parcours de professionnalisation Ing\u00e9nieur en S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des Syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;Information. Lorsqu\u2019on soustrait les 1200 heures consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 ces deux formations pour seulement deux salari\u00e9s, il reste \u00e0 peine <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">une moyenne de 9h pour le reste des salari\u00e9s,<\/b>&nbsp; dans la cat\u00e9gorie S\u00e9curit\u00e9 R\u00e9seaux &#038; SI&nbsp;!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Une enveloppe budg\u00e9taire existe et elle d\u00e9termine, limite l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux formations \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs&nbsp;selon des priorisations\u2026 Ce qui r\u00e9v\u00e8le un r\u00e9el probl\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9&nbsp;entre les collaborateurs faute d\u2019enveloppe suffisante !&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">La formation est un levier efficace pour optimiser l\u2019ad\u00e9quation entre les comp\u00e9tences des collaborateurs et les m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019entreprise. Frilosit\u00e9 de l\u2019Entreprise, avec une probl\u00e9matique de valoriser le niveau d\u2019\u00e9tudes obtenu au final&nbsp;? <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: FR; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;\">Et \u00e0 l\u2019inverse, comment expliquer que la majorit\u00e9 des formations de Langues, dont l\u2019Anglais, soient prises en charge via le CPF, Compte Personnel de Formation, des collaborateurs ?<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Une entit\u00e9 comme OBS, avec une strat\u00e9gie commerciale \u00ab&nbsp;Follow the sun&nbsp;\u00bb, et \u00ab&nbsp;all over the world&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;avec des MSC pr\u00e9sents aux quatre coins de la plan\u00e8te, n\u2019a-t-elle pas les moyens de prendre en charge les formations de langue de ses collaborateurs&nbsp;? Avec la refonte du CPF l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e, qui impacte fortement les moyens octroy\u00e9s aux salari\u00e9s pour se former, comment OBS continue-t-elle \u00e0 faire passer les cours de langue par le CPF de ses collaborateurs ?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">La Formation ne parait pas \u00eatre essentielle&nbsp;!<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Et nous ne pouvons que d\u00e9plorer les cons\u00e9quences du Travel Freeze au 4\u00e8me trimestre 2019 qui a fortement impact\u00e9 le Plan de Formation initialement pr\u00e9vu avec le gel des d\u00e9placements pour poursuivre un objectif de pure rentabilit\u00e9&nbsp;! Nous pourrions le comprendre d\u2019une PME\u2026 mais d\u2019une Entreprise du CAC 40&nbsp;? <span style=\"mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Pour \u00e9viter pareille situation sur les prochaines ann\u00e9es, la Direction ne peut-elle envisager l\u2019affectation d\u2019un budget d\u00e9placement qui serait d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la Formation&nbsp;?
