Passage en revue.<\/h4>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Les cong\u00e9s impos\u00e9s ont aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 pratiqu\u00e9s dans le secteur des T\u00e9l\u00e9coms, par exemple chez Orange, comme l\u2019explique S\u00e9bastien Crozier, pr\u00e9sident CFE-CGC Orange : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Globalement dans la maison m\u00e8re, il n\u2019y a pas eu de mise au ch\u00f4mage partiel, malgr\u00e9 le fait que les boutiques soient ferm\u00e9es. L\u2019effort demand\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 de poser six jours de RTT pendant la p\u00e9riode de confinement<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb Un effort qui ne lui para\u00eet pas disproportionn\u00e9 au regard du maintien du pouvoir d\u2019achat : <em>\u00ab\u00a0La majorit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s comprend. Tous ceux qui ont leur salaire maintenu et n\u2019avaient plus d\u2019activit\u00e9 dans les boutiques sont plut\u00f4t contents : six jours de RTT sur 200 jours travaill\u00e9s, c\u2019est assez marginal, c\u2019est un moindre mal. Ceux qui l\u2019ont le plus mal v\u00e9cu sont eux qui \u00e9taient sur le terrain, les techniciens d\u2019intervention qui avaient du travail et ont d\u00fb poser des jours.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00bb <em>Les RTT, c\u2019est un petit effort, mais le pire est \u00e0 venir<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, estime S\u00e9bastien Crozier, de la CFE-CGC. \u00ab\u00a0<em>On s\u2019attend \u00e0 avoir une n\u00e9gociation annuelle obligatoire qui va se m\u00e9langer avec les mesures Macron : au lieu d\u2019avoir des augmentations salariales, on aura des primes. Et les primes, cela maintient le pouvoir d\u2019achat sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e, mais c\u2019est du court terme, et cela ne permet pas de cotiser aux diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes retraite ou pr\u00e9voyance sant\u00e9.
