Le projet de rattachement finalise la r\u00e9organisation de la DGP en affectant l\u2019essentiel des salari\u00e9s de la DMP \u00e0 la DGP. Consid\u00e9rant qu\u2019il y avait des diff\u00e9rences importantes dans le management entre TGI et DGP, le CSE a vot\u00e9 une r\u00e9solution pour demander qu\u2019une \u00e9tude sur les impacts humains et des Risques Physiques et Psychologiques soit men\u00e9e. La restitution de cette \u00e9tude aura lieu pour le CSE de juillet.<\/p>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9organisation dure depuis plus d\u2019un an, et il est temps pour les salari\u00e9s qu\u2019elle aboutisse, d\u2019autant qu\u2019elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise progressivement en place.
